This is th best JM around. The staff is super fast they are polite the location is clean and the subs are always made with what I think is just a little extra meat than other locations. I’m a stickler for a #6 the roast beef, Mikes way Buchanan is basically lettuce tomato onions and oil and vinegar with some salt pepper and oregano is fairly typical but makes for a bit of a messy eat. Over this is one of the best JM around.

Somewhat mediocre subs, too expensive for what it is. Service is very slow at week day lunch even though there are like ten guys standing around making subs. Not overly friendly. I prefer subway any day.

Im like, lettuce tomatoe mayo .when im interrupted Every Time with, «Do you want it Mike’s way?», they love to ask every single time. Whaa? Ah, No. I’d like it My way. Then the cashier, obviously bored out his mind, tries to memorize my order sayin, # 9 with chips and drink again? I’m like yeah. You gotta problem with that? Freakin A! It’s unbabeavable these guyz.

Bob and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They are everything a great locally owned franchise should be! I’ve been a customer for many years and recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

83 sanitation grade! Ewww gross! Walked in and walked right by out. The grade is also hidden you have to search for it. One of the worst j mikes I’ve ever been into

I placed a catering order yesterday for a office lunch today. I had a great experience. We ordered two sandwich boxes and chips. They delivered to our office. The guy who delivered called me when he was on his way to confirm my order and location. He arrived ten minutes early with everything we ordered neatly packaged. The sandwiches were labeled and they individually packaged and labeled all condiments(mayo, mustard, pickles, banana peppers, oil and vinegar, etc.) They also gave us plates, napkins, and utensils… all without me specifying when I placed the order. They thought of everything. Very impressed with my catering experience and would use them again!

Worst Jersey Mikes! Called in order 30 minutes prior to pickup on a Sunday morning. Order had not been started when we arrived. Order took an additional 20 minutes to prepare(only ordered 3 subs). And no orders were ahead of ours. Subs were drowning in oil. No napkins were provided for a takeout order. Store smelled of natural gas!!! Not the usual Jersey Mike experience !!!

Love this place. It gets really busy during lunch because everyone in the RTP must like it just as much as I do! The subs taste fresh and I love that they cut the meat for your sandwich right in front of you. I wish they had coke products but I’ve gotten over it. Also, sometimes I get more slices of cheese and turkey than others… so the portions are inconsistent. Jersey mikes is my go to lunch spot once a week!

This might have been a better review had I got a sub at the sub shop, but instead I got a Philly cheesesteak which was okay at best. Despite a lot of(not overly friendly) staff, there’s a long wait at lunch on a weekday. Overpriced subs for me, but if I ever go back I’ll actually try a sub or club for sure.

Yay! I’m a fan! This specific Jersey Mike’s location has been renovated and redone leaving a very comfortable atmosphere with 2 big screen TVs(that are often playing ESPN for all the gentlemen out there) and the always delicious subs! **The store owner/manager explained to me that he buys his produce fresh from the State farmer’s market every morning. How awesome is that!!! I love to know that while eating a delicious sub, that I’m also supporting local farmers. Thank you Jersey Mike’s man!

Great quality cold and hot subs. Was pleasantly surprised they used a meat slicer for the meat on my cold sub. Staff was quick and polite.

This establishment is tucked away behind the quickie mart gas station. Place was clean and I was the only customer in the place when I got my sandwich early evening. Same menu as far as I can tell as the rest of them. Staff was nice, place is clean. I ordered a pastrami Ruben. One note: the hot sandwich’s tend to take more time than your typical fast food place(jimi john’s for sure) to get once you order it. Overall it was a good sandwich, fresh bread that was made on site, good pastrami, good sauerkraut and 1000 island sauce. A bit under seasoned for me. So it was a good sandwich but not a killer sandwich. All good and what you would expect from a jersey mikes. Overall — good place to check out if you are looking for a sandwich and better than jimi johns.
