The Mosquito Authority of The Triangle

STRONGLY recommend the local Mosquito Authority franchise. I’d had to douse myself in Deet twice a day to go out in the back yard and play frisbee or ball with my dogs and they were also getting bitten. I hated going to work smelling like chemicals and again «perfuming» myself with them when I got home. I contacted them last year after trying multiple different «natural» body spray repellents that just left the mosquitoes laughing at me. It’s not an issue anymore.
As soon as they started coming, the mosquitoes stopped. We had one situation where we had friends over on a Saturday between scheduled sprays. My friend is very sensitive to bug bites and swells up when she gets bitten. She got bit on our deck and we got chased inside (it was only one or two mosquitoes but when you are that sensitive, even one makes a difference). I called and left a message for Mosquito Authority that Saturday night. They have a policy where if you see mosquitoes in between treatments they will come re-​spray for free. I wasn’t irate or upset in my voicemail. I just explained what had happened so they would be aware of it and we could schedule something when they were back in the office. Not 15 minutes later (at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night!) I got a call from the local Franchise owner. She was extremely apologetic and scheduled something right then for them to come back out on Monday.
I’ve signed up again this year and mosquito season is just about here… if you have mosquitoes… give them I call. I promise it’s worth every penny. (Yes, I also posted this review on Google — and my Facebook page. No, I’m not related to these people… I am just grateful to have a solution and want to share it with others).
