Strictly PC and owner Greg have saved the day. Called his store from my office earlier today and explained the situation to his friendly assistant, Spencer. Like most everyone, I have time-​sensitive work to do, and my PC decided to go lifeless mid-​morning (except for a lowly LED). Greg called me back within 10 minutes, and he kindly told me to bring it in.
He diagnosed and repaired my machine within a short time, replacing the pc’s power supply. I went back to the office greatly relieved, with the total cost for parts and labor being very fair and gladly paid.
I have done pc tech work in the past, so I recognize a pro in this field. The service here is knowledgeable and truly excellent, with a personable vibe you are less likely to find in some huge superstore.
Thanks again, Greg. I know where to have computers repaired and will share this good news with others in need.

However, when I picked up my lap top, he informed me that
the time it took him to repair my Dell was less than anticipated.

I live in Grover Beach, some 30 ish miles away, after reading the Unilocal reviews on the local places here I decided I would go all the way to Morro Bay to have Greg work on my fried laptop. Toshiba offers updates and I updated their recommended BIO’s update and it fried my motherboard, he fixed that and my toasted keyboard, showed concern for MY costs and not just his profits. As long as he is in business, it is and was worth the drive and time. TRUST is more important than anything.

The BEST computer repair experience I could have ever hoped for! Greg not only put me at ease immediately, but knew exactly what needed to be done. He fixed the problem in short order, explained issues that would make my computer use better & saved me from losing all my years of stored photography by taking the time to update my external hard drive and show me how to easily keep it updated & current. He offered & did a lot of extras at no charge. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to deal with your situation, communicates at your level, and is just a darn great guy!

I have had Gregg repair two of my computers and I bought a new computer through him. He is extremely knowledgeable. He listens to you. I was terrified when one of my computers died. Greg was able to recover all the data from it. I am taking in another computer to him today that belongs to my granddaughter. His prices are reasonable and he is quick to deal with your problems.

I damaged my cpu (brain of the computer) when i thought i could clean it myself etc. I came by pretty stressed and he looked at it fixed — put an older cpu in it, but hey i got my stuff off the computer. I did by a new dell however i later called Geek Patrol in slo and they said they do not carry cpu. This is worth gold to know of this place, many of us get into truble and he saved my butt. price was decent too, cant say good enough words.
