once again, nothing but lies. said the service would be retored. it wasnt. said they would call to confirm, they didnt. have all their phones and even their voicemail boxes forwarded to a call center so they can duck talking to their clients. unbeleivable. worst customer service EVER. STAY CLEAR

We tried with other internet providers and couldn’t get internet at our rural property. Steven came to our house with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and was able to get internet in our home! We always have friendly, fast service when we have had to call TCSN.

I’ve been trying to use TCS and for the last few months their service is been slow and spotty I have made several calls every month with the complaints and request to try and fix my service I’m constantly told that I would be called back and that they’ll send a technician out to troubleshoot it still to this date haven’t had a technician out since they installed it. The only reason that I stayed with him this long is the high cost of equipment and set up.
