Wow! Where do I start? Let’s start with the two gentlemen Joe and Dave. Friendly, courteous, highly knowledgeable professionals. They didn’t use tech speak so I was not overwhelmed with the lingo. Installation was straightforward after surveying the site. The setup was simple and Joe explained anything I would need to do to troubleshoot if there was any issue with the equipment.
Would definitely recommend, and I highly encourage anyone over-​paying for their internet service to consider what digitalputty have to offer.

Can’t say I wasn’t warned… but biliguerent, rude and extremely hostile and paranoid would accurately describe this person.
Installion was done with little warning on my private property. I found electrical black tape and irrigation hose was the preferred method for what they considered «professional «installation. Then immediately was told the promised WiFi speed delivered would be much slower. Nice «Bait and Switch»…
Just found this exact antenna for $ 60 online that D.P. professed cost over $ 200…
Then, the guy wanted my bank info to withdraw money to pay for service, but he REFUSED to write a contract for this service or provide any business license info.
Really? Last time I checked all the «other» services provided in this country where someone automatically withdraws money from your bank account there is a written contract to protect honest folks.
Unprofessional and scary.
I insist on returning his equipment.
He gets more hostile.
Please, if at all feasible look elsewhere for Internet service providers.

Digital Putty is an excellent, enterprise level ISP that has made great strides in developing a fast, reliable network. Their network speeds, as well as their hardware, are amazing for the price.
Other wireless ISP’s have a tendency to over subscribe their networks, but Digital Putty maintains good throughput regardless of the time of day. If you live in a remote area, they will work with you tirelessly to establish service in your location. I have had nothing but professional and informative correspondences with their service staff.
The only thing I would say they need to improve is their advertising. They should be a much higher profile company for the services they provide.
Needless to say, I’m very happy.
