Even thoug the website doesn’t say what time they close, it’s at 10. I tried to call to confirm they would be open and the number listed didn’t connect to anything. Drove down and got a sandwich. There was a little bit of a line at 830 but not terrible.
Great service but an over all mediocre product.

I love these guys! They’re super efficient, always get my order right and have great attitudes! They make the best salad for your buck and always get it correct. I’m not suire why other people had such a bad experience but I’ve been going here for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and products!!!

Ordered a hot chicken sandwich for lunch. When I opened the bag at my lunch destination to my surprise no chicken. They had given me my sandwich without putting in the chicken. Very expensive lettuce sandwich.

Had a fine BLT from this place. Its one of the few sandwhiches where 5 bucks still gets you a footlong. Service was fine.

Wow the food was decent and the furnishing were very clean and new. The downfall is the customer service, please higher someone with people skills. Maybe let a paying customer use the lavatory when the need arises. This subway has a very bad reputation for service, now I know why. Go to Los Osos for a sandwhich.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1star. Service was awful and when I asked to use the restroom I was told to go across the parking lot and use the restroom at the dollar store. The dollar store was not even open!!!

All Subways are NOT created equal. This one used to be great under its previous owners — a friendly hangout where regulars are greeted & appreciated. New owners took over in 2007 and the place has gone downhill ever since, despite a nice renovation. Depending on who you get, the service ranges from indifferent to downright rude. How bad is it? We live in Morro Bay but drive to the Los Osos Subway, where the service is always friendly and customer-​focused.
