I love Logan’s Roadhouses, and this location did not disappoint. We camped at Seven points campground the last three days and I’ve eaten here once every day for lunch or diner. The staff is great and the service is what I’ve come to expect from Logan’s. I’d highly recommend this location for anyone from the RVer to a shopaholic taking advantage of all the great stores…

I don’t know what they do to the moonshine chicken, but it was the best grilled chicken I’ve ever eaten at a chain restaurant. The sweet potato was delicious, as was the rice pilaf. The only complaint (and it’s just because I’m trying not to make it be a perfect place) is that our server was a little haggard and slow.

Terrible location. First, a lot of staff were just talking in the lobby where we couldn’t even get to the hostess. Our waitress was horrible. First, she asks if we’re ready. I take a minute too long and she rudely asks «well?» I ask my question about if a meal comes with a salad and she underlines where it says it. She reads it aloud slowly. The waitress was so rude. I got up and left before we ordered. I will never come back to this location. If I could rate this lower I would rate it half a star.

Upon entering, we had to wait to be addressed by the hostess. They were not busy and no one was waiting. Seemed more concerned with chatting with a coworker. The waiter was very good and attentive. We had the fried fish and the hot Nashville chicken sandwich. The fish was good. However, the sandwich was very greasy with no heat.

Last dinner in Tennessee, Service was great. The rolls are hot and fresh right out the oven. I had the Caesar Salad it was really good. I had the chicken breast it was great, very juicy. The New York Strip was also great
All around great food and great service! If you get chance to eat here stop in and get some great food.

Drove to Logans on Friday night. Got here at 8:15 fully expecting to get their Prime Rib which they only serve after 4pm on Friday. After putting the order they come back 5 mins later to inform me it is 86. REALLY? It hasn’t been 4 hours. Drove 15 miles to get here. Should have gone to Outback.

I am giving a 1 before even eating. The reason being is because of the extremely rude attitude and behavior of the guy working the host desk. My mom picked this place for mother’s day so I am going to stay, but even good food will not make up for the horrid welcome. I will not return to this location.

Horrible ! I used to be in the business & I am always understanding if something is messed up. Tonight I ordered a steak that was extra well done, our server said a new one would be out soon. 30 minutes later nothing. Another 10 minutes later a manager brings my steak & I said no thank you, at this point I just wanted to leave after my husband had already ate. The manager gave me the dirtiest look & was so rude. He didn’t apologize when brining my food 40 mins later nor did he say he would take care of it just a dirty look & rude comment. The server was nice but unfortunately the manager with attitude ruined this one for us and we will not be back.

Had the filet and fiancé had the steak sandwich.
Solid meal. Filet was cooked perfectly!
Excellent service from our waiter Tully.
Host did not greet us on arrival but Tully made up for it.

Sat at the bar to eat. Ordered a 12oz ribeye (med rare) with a baked potato and steamed broccoli. Steak was cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning. Didn’t even use any A-1. The potato was very well done with salt on the outside, so I was able to enjoy the whole potato. Lastly the veggie was cooked wonderfully. I would highly recommend the place.

As far as chains go we always love Logans. This location was clean, fast and friendly. You do not always have to spend the big bucks on steak either. Logans has a nice selection of fish, shrimp, teriyaki chicken and more. Everyone gets to start with yummy rolls. Most meals get two sides… the vegi-skewer is awesome choice and so is sweet potato baked or cut in fries.

My son and I went into this Logan’s for dinner. Well to my surprise they don’t offer he same specials as the other Logan’s. We went there because we were in the Providence area. Had I know that they don’t offer the wings or have the 2 for $ 13.99 we would have passed on by. I called another logan’s and they all offer the special but that one. I was told it was a test store and those things have been taken away. Well when you enter a place expecting a deal its very disappointing when they don’t have it. I won’t be going to that Logan’s again for a long time. Actually we left and went to Hickory Hollow…

My family and I stopped for lunch. the staff was friendly and prompt with the drinks, but i feel that the entrees were slow coming out of the kitchen.
I feel that my daughter got much better value in her kids steak tips than I with my roadhouse burger.
My only real complaint is that all 3 of my families entrees tasted strongly of the natural gas that they were grilled with. The more that i think about it they do not deserve 4of 5 stars, but i will not mark them down only because i have almost 20 years of good memories from their cool springs and hickory hollow locations. AHHH the good olé days…
Oh well, can’t go back to the past but i will go back to Logan’s
