Worst experience at this location. Checked in online got to the store and confirmed we checked in. Then the three employees pretended we didn’t exist. Sadly I used to think this location was half way decent. Must be due to poorly trained staff who wanted to hurry and leave.
Again, horrible experience at this location. My review does not reflect other locations who take pride in their customers and recognize negative posting will effect foot traffic.
I will never ever patronize this location again and will spread the word about my terrible experience.

Just got my hair cut. No wait and the cut was quick. Jo Ann was fantastic. I’m usually indecisive when it comes to how I like my hair to look. I told her an idea and she made it look better than what I was expecting. I’m definitely coming back.

Fast and no waiting, hair cut wasn’t bad and the price was right too!
If you’re going for a «fast food» hair cut, you shouldn’t have to wait!
