I booked my massage on-line on Monday, November 16 requesting a morning appointment with a female therapist. I immediately received an e-mail stating my request was received and I would be receiving a call to confirm my appointment. By Thursday, November 19, no one had contacted to me, so I called to confirm my appointment. I was told by the front desk they did not receive my request but they could schedule me with a male therapist, I told them I had requested a female therapist for the morning. Then they told me I could have an appointment in the evening with the female therapist. At this point I realized how poorly run this place was and hung up. What is the point of having an on-line appointment request if you do not use/open the requests? I will stick to Tranquility and Artistre Salon.

In town on business and wanted a massage same day. I called, they scheduled an appt for the next hour, then took my name and number. Didn’t offer me any other services. I called back to see if they could do another service since I had plenty of time but they didn’t, she didn’t really care to explain or apologize(like a good customer service establishment should) other than«the salon services are booked.» So then I realize I should have asked if she had booked me with a male or female and she said male, then said over and over that he was really good. I am post partum and my preference is a female, but she acted disgusted and said no other Appts til 3 hours later then put someone else on the phone who couldn’t book me for both Appts(which is fine) so booked me for later that eve. Again, hung up. On my way there I passed another nice place who could take me earlier so I scheduled there and when I called to cancel, like 20 minutes later, she says«well we have a 24-hr cancellation policy but we won’t charge you this time so know that for future reference.» I had scheduled my appt for the next hour 20 minutes prior. No offer to reschedule or offer of any other services or anything. I probably won’t ever go there now. I’m less than impressed with the limited conversations I’ve had with them over the phone.
