Stopped in for a quick bite and decided on a U Pick 2. Lobster roll on a croissant & summer corn chowder. The corn chowder was plentiful and adequate. Creamy with moderate thickness. Taste bursting with mild peppery flavors and ample corn kernels, red peppers and small chunks of potatoes. Hint of sweetness also noted. However, the lobster roll/croissant was not to my liking. The lobster had no taste and the dressing or whatever used to make lobster salad failed in the seasoning and taste area. Was disappointed with this lunch. Questioning if my taste buds have grown out of interest & taste for Panera Bread. Shrugs shoulders, IDK. No rush for returning…

I thought I’d already reviewed this Panera. I’ve visited on numerous occasions now and always enjoy it. The food is fresh, service is nice, and there are plenty of places to sit. And it’s consistently clean, which(surprisingly) I can’t say about some other Panera locations I’ve been to. I ordered a tomato soup during my most recent visit and loved it. Super tasty! I’ve also ordered the Caesar salad there on other occasions. We will certainly be back :)

This locate has a very bad fly problem. While waiting for our food, I noticed several flies flying around the food preparation area. I told the staff and request that they do not put the bread that was laying on the counter in my bag. Several flies had landed on the bread. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at Panera. This was down right horrible. I came here with my girlfriend for a quick lunch and chose this over the phở restaurant in the same complex to try and mix it up… BIGMISTAKE. I order the lobster sandwich and side salad ½ 1⁄2 combo and the sandwich came out horribly runny and watery. I did not notice it until I sat down outside and took a bite. It was the worst taste ever and made me very upset because they charged $ 16 for that combo! I take my order inside and go to show the employee behind the counter and before I say anything he goes«it’s too watery isn’t it?» And I say yes and ask to get another sandwich. He then has to get his manager who tries to tell me I can get another sandwich, however I will not get refunded the difference. I had to look him dead in the eyes and say«I don’t care, I want my money back and will then pay for a proper sandwich that is not soaked in water» and he reluctantly asks if I still have my receipt, which I do and then refunds me the difference, $ 8! By then I had waited an additional 20minutes for my refund and new meal while my girlfriend had to wait for me. A quick, nice relaxing lunch turned into a stressful, disgusting hour long ordeal. By the time I sat down with a decent sandwich I didn’t even feel like eating and just wanted to take my tray inside and throw it at the manager, food and all and go somewhere better. I will never go back to this location again, or any others most likely.

The wifi policy is ridiculous. Only allowed to use wifi 30 minutes per device between 11am-2pm. I would normally come here to study/work on assignments but I can’t do so if I’m barely allowed internet access. Besides that the food is never great, I’ve definitely had better at other local Paneras(Marlton, Delran).

It’s a fairly nice Panera. The prices can get expensive, especially if you’re used to «fast food» pricing. You won’t find a dollar menu here, but the quality of the food is why I return. I particularly enjoy the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with a delicious bowl of tomato soup! It’s one of the best lunches you can get and as a «You Pick Two» it’s fairly affordable. I’m always full and usually take the chips home to save for later. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I eat here regularly and haven’t had a single mistake on any of my orders. It can get busy during meal times, especially lunch, but I’ve never had an issue finding seating. Sometimes the lines look long, but the staff always manages to move customers through promptly and I’ve never had an unreasonable wait even during the lunch rush. It’s hard to be surprised by another Panera. They’re all very similar and in my experience it’s a solid chain, this location is no exception.

Why are the bread bowls so good!? Also tried the Orange scone for the first time and I’m in love. Tasty food always.

I am a pretty big fan of Panera, so I will just say that their food is normal Panera food. If you love it, you will love this food. If you don’t, you should eat somewhere else. Vis-à-vis other Panera’s, the food here is very good. The staff here is typically good to excellent, and the management should get some credit for that. My only real criticism of this place is that they don’t seem to be prepared for the crowds that come every day. The lines can be very long, and the staff sometimes seems a little overwhelmed by their numbers. It is an infrequent occurrence, but they have gotten my orders wrong a few times. It is often a hopeless to find a seat during big meal times. If you can get a seat, however, all the various seating areas are extremely pleasant.

Clean restaurant, great food, good customer service, and quick turnaround on food. It’s always busy here but the lines move quickly

Update to my last review: We caved in and went just one last time… once again, got our order messed up. Officially never going back again – it will be Cosi or Panchero’s from now on! The manager did give me a refund however – so props to him for addressing it. But 3 times is just too many.

One star is generous! This place smells. Food has horrible flavor, overpriced for the quantity served! Literally still hungry after eating in this place. Chips were stale and there was a new Asian soba noodle platter that makes one want to regurgitate with its tartness. Be wiser than we were and spend your hard earned wages elsewhere.

You know, its a normal Panera. Fast food without the gross fast food quality. Good for a quick but healthy meal while shopping in Jersey. If I was in the city there’s nothing that would make it stand out above all the competition. But while in the ‘burbs its a perfectly tasty option in between Petco and Wegmans :-)

It’s just a Panera. This is just like saying, mostly mediocre. And I am perplexed by how packed the place becomes around lunch time. It is a mob, and this Panera is squished. There is very little room to wait for your order. And because it is so busy you need to stand nearby to hear your name called. The staff are pleasant. Assembly is rushed and sloppy during traditional meal times. And it’s unremarkable in the first place. The drinks are overpriced, and sometimes the food. I don’t understand why people waste their lunch breaks waaaaiiiting for their food and then hustling to find a seat & eat. My friend did order some sort of new soba noodle dish that she claims was quite tasty and looked it too. I’m not in any hurry to go back and find out though.

They are pretty typical for a Panera. The thing that makes this one so good is the staff. The ladies that work there are very nice and cheerful. They seem to have a good staff here for the most part. Never had trouble with an order, and this place gets crazy busy. Whenever you are in the area and want a quick lunch or dinner option, it’s worth checking out.

Great sandwiches and pastries here, but I always get soup. My favorite is the baked potato. Friendly staff, always busy. Wonderful lunch spot.

Terrible management here for the past year and a half. Can’t handle special requests. Gets busy during lunch from local businesses. Its your typical Panera. Nothing amazing but it does the job alright for a quick lunch.

For a chain, yes pretty well organized & maintained. Heard about it, saw it, never tried it. I had received a g. card from there over the holidays, so I ventured over with my Best Friend. I got the tuna, he got can’t remember, but the sandwiches were done very nice, quality was there. They have a Nice array of drinks, teas, coffees, even breakfast items. Not bad, all I can say, but nothing stands out .Good place to eat, when your e running around, eat healthy too.

I love Panera. They always have the most delicious sandwiches and soups and salads. GREATBREADS!!! Pastries too. So this location is no different. It’s a pretty big location and it is right in the middle of a GREAT shopping plaza with Genardi’s, Costco, Target Greatland and many, many other stores.
