Went on an exploration today for a shower drain cover. One person working the plumbing department(on a busy Saturday afternoon no less!) and when he disappeared, I was left to fend for myself. Hopefully, the item I purchased is correct and I won’t have to return it later.

Super helpful people. I’ve been in multiple Home Depots across this country and this one I’ve been in where the employees actually ask if you need assistance and offer it where they see it needed. My wife was in the store with our two young kids and she needed a larger cart for our items. While I went to get one, without even asking, an employee delivered one to her because he saw her in need. Awesome. Keep it up!

When I came to this location for plants I was immediately offered assistance. Great customer service, pleasant staff, great prices.

Trying to buy a new washer and dryer and the staff at this home depot are either NOT well informed or just do not take the time to inform the customers. I’m shocked that they did not MENTION the $ 50 rebate NJ offers for homeowners who purchase Energy Star rated Washing Machines and I am livid that they are now telling us there is nothing they can do about it at the store, because all they can do is scan a barcode and if the computer does not respond with the rebate the staff there are totally at a loss. I happened to know about the rebate, and unfortunately I was not with my husband this morning when he went there and made the purchase. I looked up the regulations that qualify a washer for the rebate and the model we have purchased WILLQUALIFY. If we’re spending over $ 1000 at their store, you would HOPE the staff would want to assist us. If it was up to me, I would cancel our order and go to Sears where the salesman explained the rebate to us in the first place. Very unhappy with the customer service and knowledge of this staff.

Hey As a home owner, I had to do alot of my own work inside, if I can manage them. I have been here before, for lots home items & thought I reviewed them already. Well Sunday, i had free time, needed a Screw for my shower door, which came undone.* Yes, actually stainless steel screw…@!!@!$&&?!@#@? Ha-ha.upon entering, employees were helpful, & I came with one of the broken screws, & I thought it was standard 832 – 33, & it was. The gentleman grabbed a little package, & I was on my way, unfortunately it was not long enough, ½″, didn’t come out the door enough, for nut to go thru the threading. Ughhh.I had to go back??? So unnerving, but by now I asked different employee for longer one, got 1″, so that way didn’t have to worry coming back-AGAIN. All in all, got what I want, even ventured to mosaic tiles, get a price for back-splash in kitchen. Ahh, joys & pain of Home– ownership. Return factor: Yes, I Should probably own stock here by now!

The staff was very friendly. The store is clean and it’s a typical hardware store.

I hate this parking lot. And the bathrooms are gross. And maybe it’s just because we’re always working on the house so in the trim section, but there’s a dude there that ALWAYS is I guess auditing the molding(which I can’t believe because their stock is so hit or miss) and refuses to get out of my husband’s way. Which makes my husband batshit, which then makes me batshit, then the dog wants to cheer us up but doesn’t get that a soggy toy isn’t going to help the situation… oy.

They have truly a prime location — off of a major highway, next to two other major roads and next to the mall and and a huge series of shopping plazas… Unfortunately, more often than not it’s tough to find someone to help you and at time even if you do find someone they don’t know the answers. Rather check the Cherry Hill location, where the staff is much friendlier and more knowledgeable

Its kinda a tough to give a place you have been going to for 10 years a bad rap but it has gone down hill. Groups of employees standing around chatting not looking to help out. Two or three kiosks trying to draw you in to sell you solar or enclosed patios. We went for couple items for a home we are selling. the lighting selection was weak and pricing. Although the cashier Kathy was great and provided a nice smile. Back to Moorestown hardware for most of my purchases.
