WEBSITEIS A FRAUD. STAYAWAY. I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. I made the mistake of thinking the website was high quality. The images online at are MISLEADING and when received in person are completely different. Then you are required to pay for 25% restocking fee and shipping fees. I found Candace attentive and responsive, but the owner Whitney and the policy should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. If you want to get robbed, shop at this store.

So this is my first negative review on Unilocal but if I could go lower I would. I found Candelabra Lighting through a Houzz post. I purchased a Regina Andrew pendant that was nice but just did not work in my space. I called Candelabra to arrange a return and was shocked by the rudeness and 25% restocking fee. This was not even a custom order! Maybe then I could understand this huge restocking fee. I then searched the web and found gorgeous Regina Andrew pendants on Horchow/Neiman Marcus. I called them directly and asked if they had restocking fees and they said no. Wish I had purchased through them. Clearly this company does not care about retaining customers because if they did, they would not punish us with absurd 25% restocking fees on non custom orders. Great companies like Horchow/Neiman Marcus, Mitchell Gold, Wisteria, Restoration Hardware, and even Wayfair have gorgeous lighting and no restocking fees on non custom orders, you just have to pay for the shipping which is somewhat understandable if it doesn’t work out.

My table that was supposed to take 6 – 8 weeks has now been over 18 weeks. After reading these reviews I am not sure if I will actually receive anything close to what I ordered. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. THISISABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE.

The worst!!! I am kicking myself for not reading these reviews. I received light fixtures with completely different colored shades than on the Candelabra website. I spoke with Candace who looked at the images I sent compared to the ones they advertise and she agreed that one set was white and the other a light brown. I waited a week and when she got back to me she said that was the only color the company has and that it was not possible to exchange or to get a refund! UGH. Never ever again. Do your research before you use any website. Just blew $ 800. This company should be investigated by a consumer affairs bureau and shut down.

—DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY— I placed an order for a chest back in March, and after multiple issues with the horrible shipping company my chest finally arrived damaged. At first Candace was responsive and was quickly on top of things until I told her I did not want to replace the chest because of the long wait times, and the horrible experience I had gone through for three months. After telling her this, she stopped returning my emails and phone calls. Customer service is rude and will lie and tell you that she’s on another call. Now my money is gone, and I have nothing to show for it. I will be speaking to a lawyer before I proceed further. Always read the reviews — you will save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

Same experience as the other reviewers, only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Thought I was supporting a brick and mortar business, should’ve ordered from one of the larger online retailers who sell the same stuff. They processed my order twice and billed/sent me the item twice and insist that I placed multiple orders. The restocking fee and cost to return ship don’t make it worth my while to return As others have stated, they said they sent me 3 emails that were never received. No need to do business here when you can do it elsewhere with a company that cares about their customers and stands behind their brand/business.

BUYERBEWARE! This company accepts NORETURNS or exchanges! If you need to change your item for any reason, you cannot, as you are locked in! The best companies don’t do business this way because they stand behind their products and their experiences. There is a reason that ALLSALESAREFINAL. They refuse to make sure their customers are happy. Candace is snippy and self-righteous. And the«owner is not in today.» There is NO resolution for problems. Just a «too bad for you» attitude. I will NEVER shop here again.

NO stars! Same experience as previous one from Hugh G. Purchased a stool that is unbalanced and falls over and wobbles for 500.00(a definite splurge) Candace is unresponsive and I doubt that I will ever see a refund. She threatens with restocking fee of 25%. She claims to have emailed me and to have sent me shipping labels but I never get them. Stay away from this site

Be very careful placing an order they refuse refunds. I placed an order the light came in defective I received only a store credit minus $ 120 shipping card to send defective light back. No customer service.
