Drive thru time was 10 minutes even though it is supposed to be a priority to the inside customers. There was one vehicle ahead of me who had already ordered and paid. They are severely understaffed and they are not very efficient. It took about 8 minutes to pay and 2 minutes after that to get my food. My food was not fully cooked, I got untoasted white bread for buns because it they thought they could make up time by not toasting the bread. Overall terrible. Perhaps if they would let more people on the clock at once they could serve their customers faster.

So slow. So lazy. No effort. Took 7 minutes for two burgers, fries, and a salad. Went back a second time and the same thing happened. No one is ever here. Hopefully they’ll be out of business quickly.

Food ok. Service unacceptable. Second in line with small, simple order and it took 13 minutes from walking in and getting small order. I have had problems with speed of this place over the years. Gave them another chance. Based on several purchases over the years with the same result in slow service most times, there is really no need for me to use this business given the other options in the area. You will probably get what you are expecting for food quality, but you may be disappointed in how you are serviced.

My wife nand I with my 13 year old grandaughter and 10 year old grandson ate lunch at the Hardees on Saturday April 4, 2015 at 2:29pm. When we entered their was no one at the counter waiting to place an order or waiting for food. There was an employee behind the counter but never acknowledge us. After an approxmiately 5 minute wait an employee acknowledged us and advised someone would be with us in a monment. We observed one young female that was handling the drive through window and the front counter. We also noticed that the employee that was behind the counter who did not acknowledge us was getting her meal(I am sure it was her lunch/dinner time). We finally placed our order; I ordered a chilly dog combo with ice tea, my grandaughter ordered chicken strip combo, my grandson ordered a chicken sandwich plain(nothing on the sandwich) and my wife ordered a ¼ lb hamburger with nothing on the hamburger combo. The employee confirmed the order and we took a seat with counter in full view. Our order arrive after approximately 10 minutes after the employee took a couple of orders from the window and an additional two persons walked in. Now I understand mistakes can be made but, remember when we place our order their was not anyone waiting to place an order and the employee confirmed the order. Now the problem: My granddaughters order was corrrect, my grandsons order came with lettuce and appeared a half of jar of mayo, my wifes hamburger came fully dressed(the wife/grandson ordered their sandwiches plain). My wife took her order and the grandsons order back to the counter and a second time advised the employee of what she ordered. My wife returned to where we were sitting and a few seconds later, an employee returned with the new orders and again it was wrong(my wifes hamburger was fully loaded) my wife advised the employee that her hamburger was not as she ordered and the employee left with the hamburger. After a few seconds another employee came to our table who I assume was the manger/cook as she never identified herself and at this point we didn’t ask. The employee stated she did receive special cooking instructings for her order. At that I told the employee she should not be questioning us but the employee who took our order. I also told her what my wife had ordered and the order was brought to wrong twice. My wife requested a refund for meal and they did without question. My point with this is; the service was bad from the time we entered. My wife order was brought wrong not once but twice and then we were questioned on the order. Bad customer service from the time we entered until we left. Needless to say I will not eat at that particular Hardees again.
