Super fun location and a super fun atmosphere for both kids and adults! The self-​serve Froyo offers lots of flavors and even more toppings. I’ve never found the staff to be anything less than friendly and helpful. Always clean and actually rarely crowded! It’s light and bright and it makes my kids happy! My biggest complaint would have to be the sizes of the containers. The available sizes are fine for adults, but I would think such a kid friendly establishment would provide kid friendly portions/​containers. The location isn’t one that we frequent, but it is a great one for when we’re in the area, as there’s a ton to do without ever having to get back in your car and drive. You could spend an entire day in the plaza really!

I love the chocolate froyo at TCBY and their toppings sections is usually pretty well stocked at this location. Unfortunately, this froyo craze really got out of hand and TCBY adopted the method of serve yourself and add your toppings like so many other places did. I’m sure it’s the most profitable and you have to keep up with the times but, I prefer going in and ordering the size I want and getting a couple toppings or at some, they add toppings and make it into a blizzard type of frozen treat.
The biggest negative is the size of the cups. We all know that they give you bigger cups so that you’ll serve yourself more product and increase the cost. Draw the line somewhere though. The smallest size is would be a large anywhere else and the large is no joke, bigger than a pint of ice cream. If I had to guess, I would say it’s a full quart. Nobody should be eating that much of anything in one sitting

Lots of cool toppings to pick from, but fairly pricey for froyo.
I’ve been a few times, and they seem to have improved over my initial visit. They staff is friendly and they have some neat options like turning your froyo into a shake.
They offer a $ 1 off if you bring your movie stub from the theater right across the street.
