Dave was so helpful! I bough two paddle boards with no real understanding of transporting them and the system I was using wasn’t ideal! He gave me choices, out the rack and pads on and was super knowledgeable and friendly!!! First time in the store and I’m sold! Will be back for any of my sporting needs!!!

First rate customer service. These guys helped me order my roof rack and SUP rack then fixed it and reinstalled it after I broke it trying to do myself. Solid selection of rentals, gear, and accessories. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I cannot say enough about Dave and the staff at Time Out. We arrived from out of town and Dave helped take my kayaks off my car, stored my boats for 3 days, and installed rudders. He realized my brand new boat had a manufacturers defect. David called Wilderness and assisted in getting the boat marked defective, so that I can get a replacement upon our return home. He went way beyond what others would have done. The store has many cool items for boating, diving, etc. We will definitely return for our future kayaking needs.
