Sprint Store

I came in to get a new phone and had to wait 45 minutes just to be greeted. Then I had to leave my phone with them to back up and it died and they didn’t call me to tell me there was a problem. So I had to come pick up the old phone and they told me to bring it back when it was charged. Well those were the wrong directions again so I had to take the phone back home to back it up myself and I’ll have to come back here again to finally trade my phone in. If they could have just had clear directions this could have been a fairly painless process. Not good customer service in my experience, especially since I was just buying a new phone. I’ll be trying other sprint stores in the future.

A year ago I switched to Sprint from another carrier and went to the Arlington Heights store on Rand. It was a nightmare. It literally took 4 days to get switched over. Needless to say I went to Unilocal to see if there was another Sprint Store I could go to when I got a new phone and needed to switch my service to the new phone. My last phone took a dive and even after getting it revived a week ago, the day it drowned, it stopped working in less than a week and the repair shop couldn’t get it to turn back on.
It looked busy but I was helped right away by Fernando. He got started on my new phone and the manager, came over and said he would see if he could get my old phone to turn on to recover the photos and contacts. Low and behold he got it going… I was so thrilled to recover the photos!
What impressed me was how he, the manager, made sure everyone was being helped and stepped in when needed. I believe it is because of his attention to all the customers that the customers are helped in a timely manner.
Before I left Fernando gave me his business card and said call or come back if I have any problems or questions.
It was definitely worth driving further to get that kind of customer service.

Without a doubt the BEST Sprint store out there! Dennis the store manager wored tirelessly to help me out. His sales associate, Ray was very helpful over the phone and actually prompted me to go in! Dennis was fantastic!

I was really pleased with the professionalism that Dennis Lang handled the activation of two «hand-​me-​down» iPhone 4s (as in plural). The process was complicated by my not bringing in the account # of my old carrier, and I accidentally transposed a couple of digits when I gave him my phone number.
He was polite, and definitely knew his stuff as he went about correcting the situation. I burnt up this side of an hour of his time, and there was no charge.
Btw, if you walk into the store and there’s couple of customers ahead of you, and he’s the only one there at the moment, don’t fret. I have rarely seen a person that can multitask as well as he can.
