So I transferred my phone services from AT&T to tmobile back in December. I agree with the previous evaluation that even one star for this place is being very generous. For the most part I feel they ignore you and are not attentive. Once you get a hold of someone they usually are nice but that initial flag down is really rough. I also found that the employees are not well versed in the company policies. I was supposed to get a corporate discount when i upgraded my phone. The person in store guaranteed me that it could be done after my instore purchase and went as faras to say I would be refunded whatever I had been paying until this time. When following up the person on the phone that I spoke with was like Absolutely NOT we only offer such and such before the purchase. Now everyone has moments where they don’t know or are unsure, this person? not so much,… very confidently blatantly lied to me. Even though it seems there are 4+ employees there all the time only 2 of them seem to actually be helping customers. when I went in the last time the 2 of the four that were working really seemed busy and like it was going to take a long time for them with their current customer, but whoever signed me in still had me wait around for them and then finally 15 – 20 minutes into waiting decided that he would take care of my issue… I mean couldn’t we have just cut out that middle man to begin with when you were talking about something obviously not work related to your coworker? If I ever have a reason to go to tmobile again, I’m definitely not going here.

EVENONESTARISWAYYYYYTOMUCH! This T-Mobile retail location is absolutely dreadful. A couple days ago i canceled an account and re-opened a new one. The guy who was helping me, Jose did that for me. Of course he didn’t explain the fact that before i do that I have to store my phone numbers somewhere otherwise i would never be able to get them. He also took my old sim card without me knowing it or asking for my allowance… how is that right? I have no idea how long this boy has been working there but obviously his costume service skills are horrible. It is so frustrating, there’s not way for me to get my phone numbers back. I had the store manager look into it, he tried helping but he couldn’t .at least he gave my my old sim card back. I went to a different store with much more nicer staff that really tried to find a solution to my problem but they said that I have to go back to the store that i first went so they can re-activate my old account and get my number… and i did .So unprofessional and rudely the store manager suggested me to go to a different store because they are not able to help me… great why not make a mess and then have someone else fix it because we don’t know what we are doing. Good job T-mobile!!! next time you hire someone make sure they are trained correctly! –no paying customer deserves such an awful service!!!
