This is literally the slowest fast food I have ever gotten. There are like 10 workers. Its been 12 minutes for 2 burritos. Get your act together

Waited over 10 minutes for 2CGC and cinnamon delights. No one else in line inside. I asked for nacho cheese instead of spicy ranch and they failed to do this. Cinnamon delights were cold and the inside was still solid. I eat Taco Bell often and would say this was my worst experience. People hanging out in their cars smoking pot in the parking lot. Not a place I would go back to.

It deserves 0 stars… we have been here an hour and apparently the fight from 8 months ago is still happening. At one point the«manager» came out professing she is embarrassed to work here and she has only dysfunctional employees. Still no food. Someone needs to make some changes here. Thinking we were saving time instead of driving all the way home to redding… we would have been home by now

I live locally in MT Shasta and it’s unfortunate that this is the only fast food in town with the exception of BK(which I’m also not too fond of). This place has been consistently slow, sloppy, and rude. I’ve been here on numerous occasions and they always forget something. Today I ordered a couple meals from KFC and they forgot half of our food. I pulled up in the parking lot and my boyfriend proceeded to check the bags, opening up the mash potato container and it exploded all over him. We only had 2 napkins in the bag for him to clean up with. When we went inside and told an employee about our issue, he stood there literally for a minute with a smirk on his face and didn’t even apologize. He told an older man in the back, I am going to assume the manager, about our issues and they all had the audacity to laugh about it. We got our food back with no apology and no compensation. Bad service, bad standards, and management is definitely lacking in this place.

Kelly, you deserve a raise for best customers service but those males employees need lots of improvement. It’s call fast food restaurant for a reason. Took nearly half a hour to get our food.

This place is a Taco Bell/KFC and I’ve stopped by twice. Both times it was filthy. The service was horribly slow as well. Against my better judgment, I went through their drive through recently and the speaker was broken so you had to order at the window. I got stuck in a line of cars for over 20 mins just to get to the window. Poorly managed! Never again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I come here I hear the food workers screaming at each other and using profanity. As I am writing this one of the drive threw workers yells FU@K and one of the other workers has to remind him that there are cars at the window. Seriously, Who manages this place? Also I tried to get a water cup and they want to charge me for it. Crazy

I asked for a 5 layer burrito, minus lettuce. I got up to the window and asked him if he had put beef in it as I noticed the menu now said BEEFY5 layer burrito, and he had charged me the same. He said you don’t want beef? I said no, I didn’t say beefy 5 layer burrito I said 5 layer burrito, which would automatically make it the vegetarian variety, minus the lettuce. However, when I got the burrito there was no rice in it, only beans, cheese and sour cream. A bean burrito with sour cream charged at 5 layer beefy burrito price. I got home and called the store and told them about this. He said well you took away the lettuce. I said yes, and asked for a vegetarian and you don’t put rice in it? How many ingredients are in front of the guy that he doesn’t notice the rice is vegetarian? It’s pretty much a no brainer! Overall, very unsatisfactory experience, once again, at the Mt Shasta, Ca. Taco Bell/KFC!

One star only because I can’t give zero. The service is bad and food is worse. I am normally OK with Taco Bell on occasion — but this was so slow and the food didn’t even taste right. Then the guy who handed us the food copped an attitude because we ordered several items that we were going to take with us on our 3 hour trip home. Pass this one by… you will not regret it(unless you stop).

The food at Taco Bell is always really bomb, and this one was no exception. I recommend the Doritos Locos Taco and Quesarito(I would marry the Quesarito) washed down with one of those divine Baja Blasts. This place was very slow and forgot some of the stuff we ordered though. Very disappointing.

How in the world did this place get a star and a half? If there was a way to give no star I’d use it. All the complaints I just read I’ve experienced too. Does it make sense for the person working the inside register to cover the drive in window too? I regularly grab a couple tacos at a ‘Bell in Grass Valley. I like that one because the food is always right and they have lemon slices to squeeze in the soda, but this one in Mt. Shasta is pathetic.

I’ve come here now two times. I’ve worked the the fast food industry when I was younger and I understand that things happen and I’m very forgiving when it comes to restaurants, however both times that I came here, my orders took about 10 minutes to complete, and about 15 minutes to be made. The major flaws with this store are not the workers, it’s the Managment. The staff does not have sufficient training and are always yelling back to other workers that are leaning in counters, and drinking in the kitchen how to select an item from the menu, and how to make things. As I wrote this review there was a gentleman who was trying to place an order for a bean burrito with extra cheese. There was 4 employees around the computer to try to figure it out. Can’t they just take a mental note, and try to tackle the next 10 people in line? If the management is reading this, you need to be around more often, and train better guys. If any other restaurant had this low of service, they’d go under.

On a recent trip our Family experienced this restaurant once. In fairness to them, perhaps it was a bad day(iother posts indicate this is a pattern). In fairness to you, save yourself potential health concerns. The restaurant is dirty, in all aspects that we could viewed. The 3 young men working the evening we visited were not to be found when we arrived at the counter. When they did show up, it was became a farce in what not to do as an employee: popping their plastic gloves(scaring off customers); messing up our order; a long wait for food that was overlooked; flopping the food tray down and screaming the order number was«up,»(we were the only customers); messing up the order again; and when the next customer came in to order the cashier admitted«this is the worst job EVER.» Clearly the employees are unhappy — they have no sense of ownership or pride in providing a quality environment with a quality product. We felt lucky to escape with our good health. Save yourself the time and their employees the pain of serving customers, don’t eat here.

This is the worst taco Bell ever! The service is slow, for as long as it takes to get it you would think it would be fresh nope, old made and sits around tacos where soggy GROSS!!! Called the owner and got no response he doesn’t care I guess he figures the small town is going to fathers anyway! Well for the resident I go to weed I think corporate should take this store back!!!

Grilled chicken with macaroni and cheese. Delicous. Service was kind of slow and the girl messed up on my order and couldn’t count my change, but the food was super fresh and super hot so well worth it.
