We used A Cake in Time to create a special cake for my daughter’s sweet 16. We had very specific instructions around color and design which Sherry followed to the letter. Her communication and service was out of this world throughout the design process and when she delivered the cake on party day, it was not only beautiful but spectacular tasting.
I cannot recommend A Cake in Time highly enough. They hit all the right notes for taste, design, quality and service.

I need to start off with saying I don’t like butter cream… But I am converted! The cake «A Cake in Time» made for my sons birthday was beautiful and more importantly delicious!!! I really don’t say that lightly. It was really amazing. The cake was moist, the butter cream filling was fluffy and the chocolate ganache was DELICIOUS! The Mickey Mouse design was adorable, well constructed and beautiful. Sherry was an absolute pleasure to work.

Our wedding cake was beautiful, and the best I’ve ever tasted. We went rustic – no fondant – and she added flowers from our florist for decoration at the venue. I couldn’t be happier. I love that Sherry uses fresh ingredients, rather than extracts. The strawberry frosting was heavenly.

A Cake in Time is the simply the BEST! Sherri is professional, true to her word and easy to deal with. I took her a picture and she created the cake and actually made it better! The cake was a huge success – beautiful AND delicious!

I found this bakery on line. I was getting married in Sound Beach but do not live there. I talked to Sherry and arranged my cake. She took care of everything. She took what I wanted and her expertise and made it perfect. The taste was extraordinary. Having Sherry make my cake was easily one of the best wedding decisions I made.
