Very Slow service, had to ask for sauce twice. food was ok. But the reason for this review is food standards. I got cookie which has fungus in it. I ate half of it even before noticing it. Didnt expect this kind of standards from Panda Express.

The food and service is great, ordering thru ddash is easy and convenient too but their BEEFSUCKS. Specifically, the broccoli beef. It’s hard to chew and break up! It taste like nothing, prob pumped with preservatives and what not. Because I know for a fact that traditional beef in such Chinese dishes are MUCH thinner. Do not cheap out on where you get your beef! Maybe y’all should remove it entirely and replace it with chicken

Gourmet Chinese feed is great but their service is terrible. Panda’s are generally slow and painful but this one beats them all. Even on online order, they make you wait way beyond the pick up time. Poor planning leads to having out of stock on key items all the time, so more waiting for customers.

The king of strip mall Chinese food. Having said that there’s a time when this just really hits the spot. Shrimp and Walnuts are tasty, as is the orange chicken and chow mein. Service is always friendly, and the place is clean. With several restaurants next to each other parking can be tough sometimes. I just drive further out in the lot and park. I don’t make a ton of effort to go there, but I’ll stop when I’m nearby for something quick and tasty!

The food is okay; however, if you order chicken terriyaki ypu always have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes. The chance that you have to wait is 95% They really cannot manage their restaurant

Worst panda i ever had. Went there for lunch yesterday. Food was cold and quantity was low. I had mixed veggies, cold and old. Eggplant tofu– cold and tasteless. Bad experience

Typical strip mall Chinese food. Plus a star for having my favorite shrimp with walnuts righ there for me to choose. Though, you pay $ 1.25 extra, and they don’t give you as much in a service as the other mains. Their orange chicken is ok. Rice and chow mein are good. A step up from my local strip mall Chinese food place LOL. So when I am in the are and in the mood for Chinese, I would probably go back. Took it to the bar and everyone started to crave Chinese.

I have a 10 year old, and Panda Express is one of her favorite places(that and McDonalds). We used to drive over to Palo Alto to get this, and we were thrilled to discover this new place opened up in Mountain View. They also have a boba tea bar right inside! Cool. Their food is good, typical Panda express, kids love it, and to be honest I like it too. The only thing I don’t like is they do not serve the hot and sour soup at this location. I love the soup, so I wish they would bring this here. My favorite entrees are the honey walnut prawns, the angus beef, and the mushroom chicken. I also like to try their new stuff from time to time. Their boba tea is great too.

Service is okay. Food not bad. Music is playing and they don’t hear you at the register. Had to go back and ask again for what I wanted with the food.

Came in 20 minutes before closing and there was no food, everything was shut down, and the employees were cleaning the place. During the day service is lazy and they have forgotten my order. Multiple times. I love Panda Express with all my heart, but do not go to this one if you can avoid it.

Nice staff, clean place, terrible food. We use to frequent the Panda in Cupertino and it was quite good. Went here for the first time last night and YUCK. Flavorless veggies, bland, soggy chow mein that was mostly undercooked cabbage, and greasy, nasty chicken. Won’t be going again.

When my order was placed, I was the only person in line. So, it is unclear why my order was so wrong. When we got home, we discovered that the two-entrée plate had only one entrée. The section reserved for the second entrée was empty. The one entrée I did get should have been called Black Pepper Celery, because it was a big scoop of celery with a little chicken on top. The worst part was the disappointed faces of my two children when we discovered that their kids meals were missing their cookies. I just can’t understand how something so simple could end up so messed up in a non-rush situation.

It’s 5-stars… for a PANDAEXPRESS, ok? It’s not gourmet. I’m not really a Panda Express frequenter, but stopped by this afternoon to satisfy an Orange Chicken craving. What particularly strikes me about this location is the cleanliness and professionalism. JAMES was very friendly — asked me if I wanted samples, offered me water when he noticed I was sitting w/o a beverage(was waiting for my boba) and also was diligently sweeping & cleaning when there were no customers. I was quite impressed and felt like I was sitting/eating at a respectable establishment. Will be back.

Comfy place and extremely friendly service! They also keep the food warm and fresh! I personally am not a big fan of westernized chinese food. But great job in creating a new fusion!

No food at 8:45 and they close at 10??? Out of all kinds of things. No more firecracker, green beans, no black pepper chicken. Yeah the worker Violeta said they aren’t making any because they are closing(an hour early??) and are of out the requested entrées. I am so calling corporate on them tomorrow during business hours.

I have experienced better Panda Express. Would prefer the Sunnyvale Panda more. Lines are long here, service slow and portions are NOT generous. The team just scoops one scoop of meat item and sometimes the scoop has only veggies and not many pieces of meat. Fried rice was a bit Lukewarm and there were a couple of trays that were near empty. The supply of food is coming out inconsistent with demand.

My teen daughter is thrilled that there is a Panda Express in Mountain View… and apparently all of the other teens from the local high school are as well. Watch out during lunch time because a horde of these kids rush in. If you are not stuck in line behind them, it isn’t that big a deal, though. This location is prepared to serve them up quick and doesn’t run out of food too fast. This location is just like most other Panda Express places. I’m sad that this one doesn’t have pot stickers, though. :-(I mean, if I am going to go for this kinda fare, I am going to want some dang pot stickers.

I am going to be the first one to tell you that I am not the biggest fan of Panda Express. I realize Americanized Chinese food has its place, and yes I do like Americanized Chinese food sometimes. I just think that many of the dishes at PE are sub-par compared to a lot of the mom-n-pop Chinese restaurants. The only exception might be the orange chicken but that’s because it tastes like sesame chicken you can get at most places. However, I went here to pick up some food for a work party(since I was overruled). The service was nice, and the lady at the tea bar asked if I wanted a sample. She made me some tea which was decent. The oolong milk tea here was okay. The boba consistency was not that great. But hey, if you want milk tea in a pinch and you just happened to be around here, sure.

I once had PE food at my office years ago brought in by the office manager. I swear id never have it again. Cut to present day, i realize i never have actually stepped into one. Ever. Theyre like in every airport. So a friend of mine who has recently discovered tapioca milk tea and is trying out all the local vendors. I read that this locale has something called the Panda Tea Bar, a milk tea joint inside the resto. So we brave it and go… Friend: «mmm…pre cooked steam table food…» Me: «im not touching that with YOUR ten foot pole» So we wander further down and there indeed is a small kiosk. They have Oolong? Wow. So i get the oolong milk tea and we sit for a bit. Friend: «hey there are Asians both working AND eating here» Me: «not even with trying yo» Milk tea is ok. Not great but not bad either. I guess in a pinch it’s passable. However i wouldnt go out of my way here. As to the food, not even with YOUR ten foot pole
