The service here sucks!!! The management here is Redick. I ordered a chicken quasidilla that clearly says on the menu sour cream included and the africian american cashier wanted to sit there and argue with us then gets pissed walks over to the manager grilling my food and says she isnt dealimg with these white people. I have emailed moes several times about this and no response. Ill definitely go other places in the area but not to this location. And this wasnt the first time this cashier gave issues. The first time i had a buy 1 get 1 mobile text coupon and she argued with me that it had to be printed… how do u print a text mobile coupon and why send mobile text coupons if you dont accept them.

The first problem I noticed with this Moe’s is their entire sign, on two sides of the building, was not lit up. It’s a problem because I couldn’t identify the restaurant at night and had to call them for directions. It also points to potentially other maintenance issues in the restaurant. If they couldn’t be bothered to fix such an obvious problem on the outside, who knows what’s broken in the kitchen, in the back, etc, where I can’t see what’s going on? Secondly, I noticed that the service was rather unenthusiastic. They skimped on every topping I requested so the end result was a rather pathetic food heap, not at all like other Moe’s locations. Worse yet, for my group of 3 people, we were only given one tray of chips. When I went to the counter to ask for more chips, the guy added just one scoop of chips and walked away. As though it was such an imposition that I asked. The only plus here was someone did come and clean the table when I pointed out the mess, but that alone doesn’t make up for everything else.

Good stuff. Better service and portions than the Chipotle close by. Everything was fresh and clean.

Don’t waste your time ordering food online. I placed an order online today at 1:00 for a 1:25 pick up time. The website requires you to pay with a credit/debit card to complete the order. I showed up at the restaurant at 1:24 and told the workers that I had placed an online order… they hadn’t even taken the order ticket off of the machine yet! The girl making the food stated(rudely), «We didn’t make it yet.» No apology, just that. Then she said, «Hey, we don’t got no spicy chicken.» I informed her that it was offered as an option on their website, to which she replied, «Well, WE don’t have it. You want THIS chicken?»(Pointing to the chicken on the line). I then had to wait 10 additional minutes for my order to be completed… so in essence, this turned into a 35 minute order at a fast food restaurant! While I was waiting, 5 customers walked in, ordered, paid, and got their food. What’s the point of ordering online if the workers ignore the tickets? The only reason I didn’t walk out was because I had already paid for the food with my credit card and didn’t want to go through the hassle of having the oh-so pleasant and accommodating staff refund my money! The kicker is, I had pre-included a 15% tip when I paid online… I would have never done so if I had known that the service would be so terrible! Its unfortunate, because the food is actually decent, but today’s experience will keep me away from Moes for a while. I’ll stick with Chipotle… good food and service.

I have only done take out but I love their queso and their tomatillo salsa. Its a chain store, not that expensive, works well for me when I’m in the mood for something different.

This food is really good! Set up kind of like chipotle but so many more ingredients! I love it! I love jalapeños, so I was excited to see those :) I had a burrito bowl and it was just so good. I will definitely go back for more!

My first three visits to Moe’s were five star visits, and if I’d reviewed the place then, that’s what it would have received — five stars. The service was quick, food was great, overall a nice experience. But my fourth visit was a one star visit. As a vegetarian of twenty-five years, I like to keep an eye on my food — especially with something like Moe’s stacks, which you can’t see inside. I had lunch with three other people, and didn’t think much when the cashier said, «I’ll bring that out to you.» Not sure if that service is new or if it’s something Moe’s recently added, but I recommend they discontinue it. Here’s why: One of the other guys I was eating with also ordered a stack, but it was filled with meat and other ingredients different from my stack. Though he was in front of me, somehow in the one or two minutes when my stack was being put into its tray, the sequence switched and he got mine, and I got his. We both started eating and I only noticed the issue when I saw and tasted beans, which I hadn’t ordered. Luckily it wasn’t meat. The other guy had been eating tofu and when I told him, he noted, «I thought this chicken was really tender.» I told the cashier, she apologized and brought our food back to be remade. This took about 8 minutes, in which time the entire line — 22 people(I counted) waited — though some walked out the door and a few people who entered during that period turned around and walked out when they saw how long the non-moving line was. Most cafeteria-style places just let you wait for your food at the cash register. It’s a good system, and when you’re dealing with burritos, stacks, or other foods that could easily be mixed up, it’s pretty foolproof. Yes, it’s slightly nice if someone brings your food to you, but that minor convenience is nothing when you have to the potential to screw things up like this. The kicker was the cashier gave us each a tiny cup of queso when she brought out new food and apologized again, telling us the queso was given to us because of the mistake. She asked, «Is that okay?» Uh… in what sense? I almost ate meat — something I’ve successfully avoided for two and a half decades. And to top it off, this was the first time I didn’t enjoy my meal at Moe’s. I don’t know if they rushed it(seems unlikely since it took more than twice as long to re-make the orders) but the taste was oddly bland but with a bad aftertaste. I’ll go back if others choose to, but Moe’s won’t be my first choice unless they cut this system out. A customer or two waiting for their order next to cashier station is minor issue compared to screwing up orders and backing up your line at a busy time because of it.

We tried moe’s and were pleasantly surprised. Of course, it gets compared to chipotle. However, after we ate here, we were full, but didn’t feel like we needed to find the nearest bathroom. I could tell the difference in the ingredients. Fresher. Healthier. I was SO pleased they had tofu. Kudos for that! We both got tofu in our burritos& my husband isn’t even a vegetarian. We loved their salsa bar. They give you a nice size portion of chips,& their queso… AMAZING. it’s also much, much less messy to eat. They know how to wrap a burrito right! We absolutely will be back!

Good food. This location the staff closes the place early so we have come 15 mins before they close and they can’t serve us and have all of the chairs up. I like the salsa bar, but sometimes it’s not maintained and needs refilling that hasn’t been done. Overall I like this place and their food but the location has a few issues as far as employees are concerned…

After further consideration with the people I ate there with, this was by far a below average experience. The best thing about it was the soda machine. I would recommend either Qudobo or Chipotle depending on which side of Cherry Hill you are on

I decided on a «Homewrecker» burrito and it was packed! They give you a nice portion of tortilla chips and you get to pick your own salsa dips. The chips weren’t needed with this huge burrito though! Location was clean, and staff was fast and friendly.

My sis came for a visit and one thing she loves is some Queso, so while going to Moorestown Mall and surrounding stores she spotted Moe’s and Unilocaled their menu, and discovered Queso, so we had to stop over. Unfortunately, my phone was on its last leg so I didn’t have the chance to view the reviews and pictures from my fellow Unilocalers prior to my visit, but I did get my check in before it died. When you walk in depending on which door you use there is a huge menu posted on the wall, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, queso and guac. I opted for a jr steak burrito figuring I’d get to try the most ingredients that way. Everything is spread out behind the glass much like the superior Chipotle. I loaded up my jr. Burrito with rice and beans. Mushrooms, grilled onions, pico, shredded cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I also ordered a side of queso. Apparently they pile chips in the bottom of the bag and once you check out they have a complimentary salsa bar, I grabbed some pineapple salsa and regular medium salsa. While packing the complimentary salsa in the bag I realized they didn’t include my side of queso, although they had prepped it, I checked my receipt and I wasn’t charged for it so I let it go since my sis ordered a cup size i could just sneak some of hers. I’m not surprised because there was no organization on the other side of the long counter, they passed off orders with no cohesion. Took our order to go, my sis dug right into the queso, her remarks were it’s ok, something is really salty I can’t tell if it’s the chips or the queso. We got home grabbed a cold one and I dug in. I agreed with the overbearing saltiness off the chips/queso combo and determined it was the chips, so I grabbed some tostinos scoops out of the cabinet which pleased my sis. I started on the burrito, eh so bland. It was extremely lacking, I actually had to stick with the salty chips to add flavor to it. If you’ve ever had Chipotle, you would feel extremely dissatisfied, if not u might think it was ok, but it also lacked the freshness you get from chipotle it felt processed. The Queso was ok, the highlight was the pineapple salsa, it was sweet and balanced out the salty chips really well, I find this hilarious since it was complimentary. I will say that this also lacked a fresh fruit feel you could tell they use canned pineapples. They seem to have good deals like kids eat for 99cents on Sundays and some other special on Mondays so if I had to go back I would probably just get the queso and load up on the pineapple salsa. Their quesadillas look like they might be something but neither of us tried it. It’s not on my to do list to go back, but if I did I’d try those. Chipotle will still be getting my dollars even though they don’t have queso they have them beat by far.

Well I tried it once and I won’t be back. So many better options in this concept around here. Quirky menu that makes it confusing to to know what you are ordering and the difference between items. Seinfeld was fun… last century. Only one food attendant at dinner hour. Competent but a long wait while he performed all the functions himself. Not a lot of personality. Food looked dried up and leftover in the prep table. I changed my mind on several ingredients when I saw them. Prices are high for mediocre food. I prefer Pancheros for freshness and taste. Whoever owns this unit obviously doesn’t care much about it and shows.

Been to Moes several times and the food is pretty good. Superior to other similar restaurants. I love their tomatillo salsa an the fact that they over endless salsa and chips. Also the best queso and guac around! Love the pork, in a bowl or tacos! The one this I don’t like, which stopped this from bein a 4 star rating is — the staff. They always look miserable and not happy about working at Moe’s. They don’t even say welcome to Moe’s half the time!

I have to admit I went in because I was heading next door to Shop Rite and they had a special -$ 6.99 for a burrito, chips and a drink. The place was pretty busy too. We were really pleased, the burrito was huge and I left pleasantly stuffed. Would I go out of my way to go here? Maybe not but if I’m near there and hankering for a burrito I’d be there.

Fantastic customer service at this location! Employees are always happy and ready to take your order. I placed my order online and they perfected my order, which seems to be hard to come by lately. I enjoy the«Joey Bag Of Doughnuts» burrito. They offer a huge list of fresh toppings. My personal favorites are the grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers. The Queso and free salsa are a perfect condiment for the tortilla chips that come with the burrito. The queso is an extra charge, but worth it!

Staff has no idea what they’re doing – every person behind the counter looks confused, thereby slowing down the line. They are also extremely young and lack professionalism. Am I the only one who finds their menu extremely confusing??? The worst was that the station area was filthy – drippings of sour cream in the salsa, splotches of corn salsa in the black beams. Gross! Tables were dirty, soda machine sticky. Moe’s has worn out their welcome.

My initial visit to MOE’s and I was pleased. I had a chicken quesadilla with guacumole, rice, beans, corn anad cheese. Yum, Yum. I got 2 hearty sized quesadillas and ate all but a small bite. Just couldn’t fit anymore in my little tummy. Although this is no authentic Mexican restaurant, for a chain it filled me up and was not so bad.

Not sure if this was just a bad experience or this location isn’t as good as others, but not good, soft tacos were a little stale and chicken was dry. Plus, why have ads up for things like fish tacos if you only serve them on certain days, which isn’t listed in the ad. Pass.
