If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After siting in my car for 30 minutes, I reached out to the desk and was informed they’d be refunding my money unless I was willing to wait another 30 minutes. Reason: they are down three employees and the fryer broke! Real reason? Three sonic employees standing in the back smoking and laughing.
I’m not sure who owns the franchise, but it’s an embarrassment. The corporation should shut this franchise down.

Like with a lot of chains, you can’t really base a review off food unless it’s cold, old or not cooked. For a place like Sonic, it really comes down to service, and this location could certainly use an upgrade. I don’t visit fast food place very often (maybe once or twice a month), maybe this is the norm now. We went on a Saturday, early afternoon, and it took about 15 minutes from start to finish. They also forgot part of the order, which is partly on me to check, but still annoying. I am still impressed the servers use roller skates and they were very friendly.

4.24.15 at 10:04. Omg Never go here!!! Have had a sore throat and been dreaming for days of a banana split with hot fudge and chocolate ice cream. Ordered this, And she comes out with a banana split milk shake. Explained I want a banana split with chocolate ice cream, bananas and hot fudge, no pineapple, strawberry etc. wait forever and she comes back with a banana split with vanilla ice cream, pineapple strawberry. What the hell is wrong with you people !!!
We left the entire $ 4 item UNTOUCHED under the speaker. Didn’t have time to wait again for another wrong order. Only bad experience I have ever had at Sonic and so disappointed and mad that I will never go back.

Sonic is decent fast food… their menu is bigger than many other establishments and breakfast is available all day. The ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito is my go to and usually quite delicious. The staff, which delivers food to your car in roller skates is nice. Sometimes its a little slow at this location but all and all not too bad.

Do not, I repeat, do not get the sundae waffle cone! It’s the messiest food item I’ve probably ever eaten. Even when the carhop brought it out she gave me extra napkins because strawberry sauce was already dripping down the side of the cone which promptly found my fingers upon receiving it.
I agree with the previous poster about asking if that was everything after every item. It makes you not want to continue ordering, even if you wanted to get something else.
Carhop was very friendly.

It is impossible to get an order placed when the order taker on the speaker asks, «Is that all?» After every single item. Very frustrating when ordering for a family of 5. Car hop on the other hand was great.
