Went through the drive thru and the women taking my order was completely rude. I get up to the window they had no idea what I even ordered. She asked me my order so I abbreviated since I ordered one min ago and they got it completely wrong and when I told her she said as the window was closing should of told me the order when I asked you. Who talks to paying customers like this. I will not go to this Panera anymore!

We ate a quick dinner here before the cinema last Saturday. Very disappointing. In Panera’s quest to be PC, they have substantially changed their menu. The soups and bread are still of fine quality and taste, but it seems everything else on the menu has some attempt at healthy ingredients, i.e. Kale, UGH! I had an «Italian sandwich». Paltry meat portions, no salami, no pepperoni, no condiments on the sandwich. Just awful.

4⁄5 stars for overall drive-thru experience. Ordering was fast and efficient. We received exactly what we ordered. Cant speak to what the inside of the restaurant looks like, but drive-thru customer service was better than most. Panera is a little on the pricey side for us, so we don’t frequent here often.

I have tried ordering the cream of broccoli & cheddar soup + bread bowl 6x since September. Every time I am told either: «Sorry we are out of bread bowls today» or «Sorry, we are all out of broccoli and cheddar soup». Granted I always try ordering in the evening(between 5&7) but what gives? I give up. Not coming here anymore.

Great soups but skimpy overpriced sandwiches and salads. Managers here are rude to customers and employees as this is my daily coffee — laptop stop and I hear and see plenty.

Late lunch at 1:30, crowded, floors and tables were cluttered and dirty. Food was marginal, service aloof. Will not return

No toliet paper rolls in a stall before I came to eat. The restaurant chain is my favorite but with this annoying layout and lack of bathroom attendance I decided not to bother eating here. Least favorite place for PB

It was my first time making an online order yesterday and I didn’t know that you had to go inside to pick up the food. I went thru the drive thru and picked up my food and when I got home one item was missing. I called and apologized because I messed up their system and also to let them know that I was missing something. Their manager Barb told me I could come back and get my fruit cup the same day. I couldn’t go back so I went the next day, barb was there and not only did she give me my missing item but gave me my whole meal for the inconvenience. I am very pleased with everything that she did for me. It made me feel like she cared, I will highly recomend this location to my friends and co-workers. Thank you very much Barb!!!

DRIVETHRU review(i have no complaints about the food). Today I reminded myself why I don’t come here during lunch breaks anymore – the drive thru! Today’s excursion took a whopping 30MINUTES to get through the drive thru. That’s my entire lunch break. I now have to wait til later to eat my lunch.(and no, I couldn’t get out of line because by the time I realized the line wasn’t moving I had 2 cars behind me) I know this isn’t a greasy fast food place that can churn it out fast, as I DID come here for a healthier meal, but 30 minutes is insane. If I had even just 5OR10 minutes to eat my lunch upon returning I’d be okay with that. No more Panera lunches for me :((

So filthy. I don’t know why I keep coming here. I had to wipe off my table and then my seat. I guess this is better than the dark and dingy Starbucks across the street

This is the worst panera Ive ever been to. They consistently run out of product, prepare orders wrong and have served me what felt like frozen or refrigerated bread(it was very cold). Choose another location if possible.

I’m not normally a fan of these places. Yes, I said«these places» — I’m a restaurantist. Call the Jessie Jackson call MLK Jr, but its the truth. I discriminate restaurants, especially«THESEPLACES». You know, the places where they over-charge you for half a sandwich and soup(Corner Bakery falls under the«THESEPLACES» category) and you leave there still hungry. Well, take it from me, a man who works out and consumes 3000 calories a day and still mainting a buck-60, I’m actually full in this case. Panera just introduced a healthier menu, and yes, you can be healthy and full. Granted, I paid $ 8.50 for a giant bowl of soup… but still! I ordered the quinoa broth bowl soup with chicken, that at first I laughed at, since who the hell gets full from soup? Well, my friends, apparently I do. And for the price, my cheap ass better be full! The quinoa broth bowl had quinoa(duh), chicken, kale, stewed tomatos, and lentils. It was delicious. And at just 9-grams of fat and 34-grams of protein,(I don’t care about carbs, but it is 54-grams of it. Sorry Dr. Atkins) it filled me up well. The customer service here is good too. They take away your plates when you’re done and I got a 99-cent cookie(usually $ 2) because I ordered a drink. Soooo, broth bowl, small coffee, two cookies for my two boyz, all for $ 14. Not too bad, but it was delicious. BATHROOMREVIEW: Located near the drinks and where you grab food, the bathroom consists of a urinal shaped like an orb and a stall. The stall doors seemed nicely secure and the bathroom itself was A-OK. It wasn’t too dirty, nor too clean, but you know me and my bathroom standards. Sit or squat? Sorry… squat!

Nothing against Panera in general… well… maybe except for their prices for being an above average sandwich shop. I came in on a Saturday night and there were maybe 2 people behind me when I walked in(so not very busy). After being disappointed in myself that I just spent almost $ 5 on my child’s grilled cheese, I waited… and waited… and waited. More people came in and ordered and they received their food before us. Waited some more and the finally asked the woman at the register if it typically takes longer for to-go orders. After another 2 minutes(15 min total at this point) my buzzer went off and my mouth started watering like a dog in Pavlov’s experiment. Then I took a bite of my Italian combo and came to the same conclusion that I always do… it’s alright. Not worth $ 8… or 15 minutes.

Panera was a great escape from this wintery hell of a day, complete with a negative windchill. I walked over from Firestone, to occupy myself while they worked on my car. It’s warm, and welcoming inside. There was no wait, and the cashier was beyond happy to help me, even when I made amendments to their almost perfect sandwich.(Fontega Chicken plus extra cheese and avocado!) I paid and wandered over to pick up, where my warm, cheesy, ooey-gooey sandwich was being born, for my pleasure alone. It wasn’t more than a few minutes before they called my name, and my 2nd lunch was delivered to me. The young lady who prepared it smiled and offered a fork as it was evident– this sandwich had no intention of being easy to enjoy. I appreciated the gesture– though ultimately ended up with avocado on my pants.(You can’t take me anywhere) Complete with fireplace inside, and drive-thru outside, I’m happy with this location. I’ve never been displeased with their service, selection, food or cleanliness of the eating area. They are always on point. They ask about joining the panera card club– but no hard sell– which I really do appreciate. I will say, that Panera has earned its place in my «guilty pleasures» list. Something about their hot sandwiches and soup really makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. If I’m going to eat bread– it better be perfect, and they never disappoint there. After ½ a sandwich, I really do want more. But I’ve already made a mess of myself so I’ll stop. Maybe you can takeover for me :)

Another chain close enough to the office to grab a bite for lunch when I need to get out of the building. At the end of the day… I would guess most people know what they are getting from Panera. Food was fine, nothing spectacular. I will admit, though, that their broccoli cheddar soup is pretty tasty on a cool day. Had that in the pick-2 combo with a flatbread of some sort. The flatbread was pretty lackluster… hard as a rock and thrown together with too many ingredients. Next time, I’d stick with a more classic sandwich to go with my soup. This location has a drive thru, which I have yet to use… so I can’t comment on how efficent that is. Inside service was fine, quick and reasonable polite, so I can’t really complain.

Very disappointed in service today. It took 15 minutes from the time I pulled up at the drive thru to get a bagel and coffee. Making me late to work. I would have pulled out of the drive thru had there been room but they have their drive thru made where once you’re in you’re stuck there until they can serve you. Very disappointed this time.

In college I remember one of my first jobs as a drive thru gal! I loved it and always tried to make others have a great experience. Today the drive thru staff really blew me away with their friendliness and handing me a perfectly toasted blueberry bagel! Rock on randhurst panera, rock on!

What has happened to Panera? Wife and I went here for dinner. It was cafeteria food. I had a bread bowl soup. There was at most a tea cup size amount of soup in the bowl. My wife had the chicken humus sandwich that did not have pieces of chicken but«bits» of chicken. But this seems to be happening at many chains. More money for less. We left very hungry… coffee and baked goods are the only good things there. Disappointing. Won’t go back.

Well no wonder I couldn’t check in here, the map was seriously screwy. This Panera is on the outskirts of the new Randhurst Village, and is pretty new and shiny itself. I mostly stopped here because I wanted a place for a little snack and some wifi before an event at e+o. So I had myself a half-caf coffee and an orange scone(mmm. scone.) and chilled out in a comfy chair with a laptop for awhile. Panera doesn’t rock my world or anything, but I like it. The food is fresh and tasty, the coffee is decent, the wifi is fast and this location is spacious, clean and pleasant. Nothing to complain about.
