I am a repeat customer, but never again.
10 – 15 days promised turnaround, we’re at day 28, no camera.
Was I updated by the company? Not until I emailed them.
Was anything done about the tardiness? Sure, they ground UPS with signature required IN PERSON. Which no one does unless they’re shipping liquor.
Did they do anything about THAT when I called them? Nope
«If you want, you can call the number on the info notice door tag to have them deliver to another address for no additional charge»
Wow! If I want!!! I sure don’t.

I had the people at Life Pixel convert my Nikon D90 to IR (830nm). When I got the camera back from them, it was taking infrared photos beautifully, but I experienced a problem with the rear LCD screen. They took it back no questions asked and started to work on resolving the problem. When they couldn’t order the parts they needed from Nikon, they reversed the conversion, paid Nikon for the repair, converted it back to IR, and finally had it shipped back to me. Their customer service is fantastic.
