Went to this rite aid earlier, had a great experience! Michelle was my cashier, very friendly and sweet lady! The other employee that was there was super sweet as well! Clean store and prompt service! Also went out of their way to acknowledge my family and I and see if we needed help. Will be returning here for my rite aid needs! Thanks again for the awesome customer service and excellent environment!

I just had a horrible experience at this pharmacy. I took my 4 year old in to get her flu shot and we were the first ones t here. They proceeded to take care of 5 customers while my daughter got more and more anxious. Over 20 minutes goes by… She was crying and the pharmacist told me he would not do the shot if my child would not sit still. Not sure I know a 4 year old who sits still for shots. I asked that we be helped next and finally we were seen. By then my daughter was very upset and we had to leave. I will never go to this pharmacy again due to this horrible service.

If you want to be treated rudely and wait a minimum of 45 minutes to pick up your prescription when no one is in front of you then this is the place to go. Thanks to Boeings new prescription plan they have limited us to one pharmacy in a 15 mile radius. Horrendous Rite Aid and Rite Aid alone. It’s just awesome.

It is disturbing to me that a pharmacy could be so bad at counting. Last Monday I was unsure if my prescription was ready for drop off, so I called ahead of time to confirm that it was indeed 30 days after my last refill. They told me I could drop it off, but when I arrived 30 minutes after I called they told me I couldn’t drop it off til the next day. So I went in the next day to drop it off. They took it and told me it would be ready in an hour. When I can back an hour later they informed me that my prescription couldn’t be filled til the next day. So after three in store visits and one phone call, I decided to take my business up the street to Walgreens. The pharmacy staff here is irresponsible, lazy and inconsiderate, and I will never come back again.
