If I could give this place no stars I would. We tried them 3 times, wanted to give them a few chances… but each time was worse than the last. The first time we ordered we did pick up and we picked up promptly at the time they gave, got home(we live less than 10 min away) opened up the pizzas and it looked and tasted as if they were sitting for a good half hour, not hot and the cheese was starting to harden. Second order, got there to pick up at the time given and pizzas weren’t even started, no apology either. Third time delivery, came on time and was hot, spent $ 45 on two medium pizzas not including delivery tip. One pizza was their specialty cheese; half the pizza had no cheese just sauce the other half had probably half a cup of cheese on it total. Second pizza had ordered a few toppings on the whole thing; pepperoni, olives, onions, feta. Had no feta on it, and had 4 yes 4 pepperoni’s on the whole thing, maybe 5 – 6 olives and am pretty sure no onions. These pizzas probably cost them $ 1 to make. Thought about calling and complaining but looked up their reviews and figured it would be pointless. NEVERAGAIN!

Food is great, but pizza is thin and over priced. Have also run into issues where they said pizza would be ready at a set time, go in to pick up and it was not even started yet with no apology. Very disorganized. Need a better system for orders, its great to have a small family business, but there seems to be a lack of leadership. Probably wont order again.

The pizza here really isnt that good, its just plain. they really need to add some spices or garlic… something! Im giving it three stars because the person that took my order was very friendly. They do have black bear soda though so thats a plus. There are not many pizza places in Mukwonago so its sad that this place is so boring.

Excelent! Fluffy and crisp thick crust. Fresh and varied toppings. Tons of cheese. It’s a carry out place but they partner with Pam’s wine bar across the steet. So you can go there and have wonderful beers and wines and they deliver the pizza to you to eat there.

Pizza isn’t that bad but they are so slow and very disorganized. They have run out of items and will still take your order. Tell you a pick up time and when you get there find out they haven’t even made it yet. Worse part about it they don’t seem to care. No apology. I wish there were more options out here or I would not go back. I thought I would give them one more try. Big mistake. Didn’t put in part of my order so I had to wait another 20 minutes after I got there. The place is run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing other then yelling at each other and swearing. The food is ok but the service is TERRIBLE!!! I would rate them half a star if I could.

We were in town for a night and asked some locals who’s got the best pizza in town. It came down to Mario’s and Crazy Bears, so we ordered one of each. By a vote of 4 to 3, Crazy Bears won.

Ordered from here three times now, each as a large group of people, all picky about pizza. It’s not only exceeded their expectations, their all fans now – myself included. Best pizza available in Mukwonago/Eagle/East Troy area. Seriously. I’m not affiliated with or know of these guys besides through my three orders so far. The owner took my owner, chatted a bit and threw in some dinner candies. The atmosphere, while small, felt good. They seem settled and the store front is in a good location. I learned of them through the East Troy Chamber of Commerce. Thanks for the recommendation! We can continue living in the area knowing we have great local pizza. :D Ordering online was sort of a crappy experience. I would like to see them take it on directly instead of a 3rd party menu ordering service. They could easily be the best at online ordering in the area, too if they threw some money at a designer/developer to code their own thing. Using Stripe(.com) for payments would be a good choice and could put them on the map as the areas first pizza joint that accepts Bitcoin. ;) Oh, they also have baklava. I consider this the seal of authenticity. All the great places I’ve fallen for in the Bay Area sold baklava… and not only that, I’m originally from Chicago. Just sayin!

This is a takeout/delivery place that has the best pizza in the area. The crust, sauce & toppings are very flavorful & my pizza was made on time & the service was great.

Shocked there is FINALLY good pizza in Wisconsin. As a native Chicagoan I grew up spoiled with pizza-deliciousness. After moving to Wisconsin I quickly found the finest was sadly Pizza Hut(yuck). But the sun shines upon me again — pizza is finally an amazing part of my life again. Thank you Crazy Bears. Yum yum yum

I love pizza but am sick of the cheep crap from the box stores. It tastes good, but because it’s greasy the ingredients never fresh. I tried Crazy bears pizza tonight and it was refreshingly great! The ingredients tasted fresh and the guys at the shop were really nice. If you don’t care what you shove in your face, keep going to the place that pays a guy to dance in a carbons box on the corner. If you want to feed yourself and your family a fantastic fresh pizza from a locally owned shop, check out Crazy Bears in Mukwonago.

Excellent pizza! I ordered on line. It was quick and painless. We like vege pizza so the flavor of the sauce and crust are even more important.
