Mario’s Natural Roman Pizza

Wish there was an option to give no stars for this piece of shit. I went here last week with my family to get some lunch. So we finally get a table after 15 mins, they seat us at a booth when after about 5 mins we look and the booth is ripped. I swear it looked like a dog ate it. We ordered drinks, I know some places give you drinks in jars but they give us our drinks in soup cans for the love of god, not to mention that the soda was pretty flat. Also, when we get our pizza after waiting for one hour the waiter brings out this piping hot pizza and I burn my god damn tongue eating it. The owners of this place not must care if kids try to gamble or not. They had machines there so my younger cousin plays one of them and gets pissed that they didnt give him his money when he won fair. Point is don’t go here unless you are planning your funeral.

Came here again for the first time in 10 years after having an awful experience previously but really wanting pizza and wanting to give it another shot. The service was awful. My parents got fish fry and a table who ordered their fish fries 20 minutes after we placed our order got their food first because they were regulars. The coleslaw was lackluster and the fish was dry and stringy. I ordered a pizza for myself, which I will admit was good. We got our bill and they had charged $ 14.25 for a $ 9.25 pizza listed in the menu. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, she seemed annoyed. When she brought out the adjusted total, she was still annoyed. I then asked if my parents would be receiving the apple fritters that came with their fish fries like all of the other tables… Something we shouldn’t have to ask. We will not be returning.

Mario’s has great pizzas being a transplant from Chicago we struggled to find a decent place for pizza. Luckily we came across Marios. They have a convenient drive true for pick up. Staff is always friendly and they are reasonably priced. Great find

Packers game on TV and projector, tons of food, friendly staff. The food is okay. I would come back again.

We order the fish fry carry out almost every Friday! It is fabulous! I do recommend not eating it out of the containers, we always put ours on plates.

We were in town for a night and asked some locals who’s got the best pizza in town. It came down to Mario’s and Crazy Bears, so we ordered one of each. By a vote of 4 to 3, Crazy Bears won. Nothing against Mario’s. Fast delivery, lots of cheese, friendly service.

I was there on a Friday night, late, wanting fish fry. They had a children’s movie playing quite loud due to a kids BDay party. When we ordered drinks, they were short glasses becuz they were out of glasses, they were in the dishwasher? Took about 15 minutes to get them. Once salads came, no silverware– people starred eating the salad with their fingers becuz it took so long to get forks. They brought out the family style fish knowing they had NO PLATES to serve it on/​AGIAN in the washer! Who brings out a plate of food for 4 people with no plates to eat on? The sides of applesauce and coleslaw were bland. Fish was ok but bland. I’ve never had such ridiculously bad service ever! Oh, forgot that one of our party had ordered a tap beer and the waitress said that the tap was not working AGAIN! We eat out in mukwonago almost every Friday night. This will NEVER be on our rotation again

We went there on a Friday night at about 8 or 8:30. There were only a few tables taken. The waitress said they had been really busy so they had no glasses to bring us water in. We waited about 15 minutes for water. We had no silverware and one of the people at our table had to hunt down the waitress to get some. A couple people ordered the fish fry. The fish and sides were served family style and there were no plates because supposedly they were all dirty. The potato salad, cole slaw, etc. was brought out but we had no plates to put it on. We finally got some plates after 5 – 10 minutes. The fish itself was just «ok» Nothing spectacular. The hush puppies were VERY good though. We had to ask 3 times for lemons. Then at the end of the meal one of the people in our party paid with a credit card. the waitress came back after she ran the credit card through and asked if she had a pen to sign it. The waitress should always bring a pen, not rely on the customer to have one. The prices were fairly decent and the portions on the italian food was very big. Overall I was not impressed and will not be going back there.

Best Friday fish fry around. Great traditional pizza.
