My son and I purchased a toy drone from Ron’s shop about four weeks ago. Between summer travel and general busyness we did not get to unpack the drone and try it out. Unfortnately the drone did not work and even following the online troubleshooting instructions did not solve the problem. We called Ron’s and asked if we could bring it back and either exchange it or see if they could diagnose the problem. When we brought it in we were greeted warmly and the clerk was able to determine the battery was bad. He replaced the battery and then proceeded to give my son some lessons and demonstrations on how to fly the drone. Before visiting Ron’s shop I had heard about his selection of models, toys and model trains and the excellent customer service. My son and I will continue to visit Ron’s great shop(don’t forget to see the model train set in the back!)
