Pizza Hut

Surpringly pleased by the pizza buffet! The variety: pepperoni, cheese, veggies, pineapple & ham and sausage all coming out as fast as you can shove them in your mouth. The dessert is also quite tasty. I highly recommend for $ 7

People are complaining because they want free food, they are complaining because its Pizza Hut. I had dinner at a friends house and they got a couple of pizzas. I didn’t buy it so I didn’t have a choice, but I figured yeah I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while… no big deal. Well… big deal. The things you can control are fine, but the ingredients and the Pizza just suck. Delivery was fast and the people are nice…
The one star is because the Pizza is that damn bad!

I mean, relatively speaking, a Pizza Hut is a Pizza Hut. This place is fairly mediocre and average, as far as the fast food chain goes.
I will say, the one good thing about this experience was the speed of the pizza. I ordered online, and was told that it would be about 45 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. Imagine my surprise when I heard a knock on the door in less than 20!
Unfortunately, this speed made the pizza suffer. We ordered a large 1-​topping stuffed crust pizza, with salami. When we bit into it, it was spicy. Like, really spicy. Like maybe they hadn’t washed their hands after touching peppers or sriracha before starting to work on ours. We only had salami– no special flavors, drizzles, or sauces. I have no idea why it was spicy like this.
Aside from that, there were almost no toppings on our pizza. There were a few haphazardly tossed slices of salami. The cheese was almost non-​existent; I actually thought they had forgotten.
But really, what do you expect for a 12 $ cheap chain pizza? There’s better pizza in the area, that’s for sure.

The pizza taste is better than I remember, but the interior décor and cleaning need much improvement to entice me to return for another visit.

I’ve never had a problem with Pizza Hut from all my years going there, their staff is extremely nice. Their pizza and wings are pretty decent and whenever I carry out, the pizza is always ready to go. They offer multiple deals and coupons which I find extremely useful and has me going back every time

I ordered a pizza online when I was downtown. After arriving at this Pizza Hut 45 minutes later, I saw my pizza was «ready» on the TV screen. Then, I was charged for the pizza. Two seconds later, I was told by the cash register attendant that my pizza was not done and that they tried to call me. I looked at my phone… no missed calls or voice mails. I asked why my pizza had not been made «We ran out of large deep dish pans?» Really? How does a pizza place run out of any pan to the point that they don’t make a pizza?
The cash register attendant went into the kitchen to talk to someone… the manager? the main cook? I“m not sure. She came out and told me I would have to wait for them to make a think crust pizza, which isn’t what I wanted. I said «No, I want a refund». She says «No, we can give you a gift card.» I was thinking «Why would you charge me for a pizza it wasn’t made? » I did say «I want a refund.» She had to go back into the kitchen.
Finally, a man (the manager?) comes out of the kitchen to give me a refund. I’m home now and I still don’t understand how a pizza place runs out of a pan. He said he was the one that called me and that he was sure he left a voice. If he’s sure, then I’m sure he left it in the voice mail of someone else, but not me. I checked… no missed call or a voice mail. This place gets one star because I have to assign a star… that’s for the positive nonmystical experiences I’ve had in the past that didn’t completely waste my time.

Now I remember why we stopped going their. Went for later dinner about 6pm on Saturday. About 4 tables of people sitting down. We had no one in front of when standing for a table. Took 10 minutes to seat us.
While getting seated a guy came in claiming to have been shorted a 2 liter of soda. They checked his receipt didn’t say anything about being sorry or him having to drive back. They didn’t offer anything less a discount or even bread sticks ect.
Noticed crayon still written on our table. Took about another 10 minutes to ask us for drinks but we said were ready. Asked waitress about being short on help and she said yes. Then ask why it was so cold and stated I had layers on and was cold. She agreed stated she talk to the manger and never got back to us on that. About 40 minutes after getting in we got our pizza. y the way their crust come already made.
Noticed other people now waiting in front sitting in the chairs. Seemed to have been called in order which weren’t ready. Heard talk about giving discounts cause of wait times. More people wound up camping out.
Food was ok. Never noticed any other wait staff expect a manger to come out and id a customer for beer and disappear. Checked out and never was asked how are meal was by the cashier. Mentioned the heat issue. She said ok.
They need need mangers and actual staff. Saturdays are suppose to be busy. They can’t even handle a slow Saturday. They need to listen to customer complaints much less ask for them when checking out.

First off this place needs a major scrubbing. The booths and the carpet are dirty. Even the menu at the table needs to be cleaned. The restaurant was dimly lit and did not. look like a place you’d want to eat at. It felt dark and dingy. Our table had crayon over it and crumbs. We were seated after a few mins but waited 15 mins for a our drinks and 30 mins for the pizza. She never came back till we were done for awhile to check on us. The restaurant was cold and told two employees and all they said was I know. Saw many pick up orders get messed up and people waiting way past their pick up time for their order. Had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing a delivery man pull up his pants in front of the register. Food was okay as per usual for pizza hut. Won’t be back.

Realize this is Pizza Hut… It’s a ³⁄₅ for PIzza Hut. LOL!
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I often go with my little man (5 years old) and they are always great to him too. I’m a fan because of the staff and service, not because I think the food is good. :D

Worst service ever. Went for my sons birthday dinner and will never go back. Waited forever for waitress, then she got our drink order wrong. Waited forever again for food order and she got that wrong. THEN she tells us they are out of one of the items we ordered, almost an hour after ordering. Our drinks were not refilled and I had to get up and get everyone silverware and napkins. Finally, the entire wait staff ignored us, peering at us from behind the wall of the wait station, like we couldn’t see them. Unbelievable. Do not eat here.

Munster Pizza Hut has always had consistently good service and great food!!! Anyone who complains is probably exaggerating or trying to get something for free. I have been going there my whole life and will continue!

I don’t understand the thinking of people. If you are on the clock, wouldn’t it make sense to actually work so the day goes by faster? One cook, who was actually working. Three servers at the counter not wanting to wear out the new Sketchers their mothers just bought them. And another one that had even less purpose in life staring out the dirty windows. I was one of 4 customers in the place. I had three plates from the buffet on my table and an empty soda glass. I was in clear view of Moe, Larry, and Curly. But at no time did it occur to any of them that, hey! Maybe, just maybe we should do our job today. You know. To try something different. When I slammed my glass down for the third time. It actually got her attention. She came by and took the plates and asked if I wanted more soda. As she was walking back the guy in front of me asked for his check. Oh, no! Now what do I do? She dropped everything at the counter and got his check, waited for the money and came back with the change. Now, each time she had to pass my table and of course with all the confusion, she forgot about me. To put the cherry on the cake I have Dora the Explorer blairing in my ear from the tv behind me. Wow!

I would never eat or want to eat at this restaurant again. My friends and I were gonna order delivery from this place but decided to dine in instead. Bad Choice! We arrived to a half empty resturant and were seated promptly at a booth. For a good 15 minutes, no one came to our table to take drink or meal orders. We were constantly looking around for servers but none were in view at all. Once the server did come over to get our drink order, we told her we were ready to order pizza and she told us we had to wait and she will be back. Another 10 minutes later, she finally comes back with our drinks and spills them on the table. She left the table without cleaning up, leaving us to clean up her mess. At this point we are so fed up with the service we decided to leave and went to Applebee’s down the road.
