Better than your average Starbucks. Better? How is that? Are they not all the same? Well… This is a brand new location. So it is not as «tired» as some of the older stores that have been ridden hard and put up wet. FYISB — Follow Culvers examples, not Hardees — Update your stores). So it’s nicer. Second, part of it is a TON of electrical outlets. One of those issues in lots of starbucks is scrounging for outlets, moving furntiture, asking«is your computer charged up yet?» No need at this location. Staff is nice, building is clean, coffee is as is usual, food the same. So, your average 3 star store, just new and nicer, plus a lot of outlets

My orders are quick and made on time. The employees are friendly and helpful if you don’t know what kind of mix you want for your drink. The menu of this location is limited. It’s not like the one in Shererville or other places where they have the full menu. However, they can still make any drink. Hey, it’s still Starbucks. Still a cute place to chill out and chit chat or read/study under a nice atmosphere.

Having been on vacation from Wisconsin, I’ve stopped in here nearly daily for the past two weeks. They do an okay job keeping up with the amount of business, but I don’t think I’ve walked out in under 15 – 20 minutes yet. Having stopped at various times of the day, it seems to constantly have a steady stream of people either inside or lined up in drive-thru. Order taking proves to be an issue with some workers though. On at least 3 occasions I had to return my order because it was incorrect… which forced my wait even longer. And not even so much as a «sorry for the inconvenience» was muttered. Customer service could be better. Edit 01÷02÷16: I’m not sure if there are more employees to keep up with the rush today, but my order(3 drinks) was accurate, and they were much quicker than I’ve come to expect.
