Hubby had neglected to pack enough clothing for our trip. Off to the mall…
We had never heard of «Belk» before, but decided it was a good bet. We rode the escalator to the second floor and saw a colorful wonderland of men’s clothing. Guys are allowed to wear colors these days! Coral and teal and all sorts of pretty shades greeted our eyes.
A young man helped us hunt down a pair of pants, I found a polo in a stunning shade of aqua, and we grabbed a package of undershirts. Buy two get one free? OK, let’s grab another pack.
The lady who checked us out was real friendly.

Not much to say about it. I had hoped to find some Angel perfume, and was told they don’t carry it. boo! So, I struck out. But, the store looked nice and the woman at the fragrance counter was quite friendly.

I have been in this store maybe six times in the past two years and the people do not always have the most happy and friendly faces. The lady at the este laurder Counter is always really nice and if she is not too busy will say hello and greet you. However if she does not see you or is busy then you will have to wait a while to be noticed. I have had the good and bad here. The products are much like other large department stores so it comes down to the people. And for me, the jury is still out on this one.
