Love it! Banana pudding/custard pizza is the bomb! They also do student discounts if you show your student id, which is awesome!

We stopped in to have dinner with our family on August 8,2014. While we were eating, a customer was upset that they hadn’t received their 20 piece chicken wings they ordered. They first asked the bus boy where they were. He asked the manager who came over and addressed the customer. The customer was adamant that she had paid for them, but the manager wasn’t hearing any of it! She, the manager, only wanted to be right. She argued with the customer for awhile, then again a few minutes later. The manager wasn’t willing to go back and show the customer the receipt of the credit card transaction. She just kept telling the customer, without using these words, that she was a liar and she wasn’t going to give her the wings or a refund. The family left, obviously unsatisfied. With all this being said, the manager is telling her staff about the situation afterwards… in front of the customers! Crazy! Is a 20 piece order of wings worth all this? How much does that really cost CiCi’s? Is it worth losing a family and potential other business? Couldn’t the situation have been diffused rather quickly by giving the customer the wings or a coupon for a later visit? I hate to see working families trying to feed their families, inexpensively, then having to deal with things like this.

Stopped in for pizza. Food was pretty good and enjoyed the brownie bites for dessert. Busy place with people all there to eat but buffet was being filled continually. Good place for the money.

I let my niece choose where we’d have lunch today. She chose Cici’s. I used to go to this location all the time when I was in college(many moons ago). I loved it! The cheesy bread and surprisingly good salad bar were highlights. Well times have certainly changed! The food: My beloved cheese bread was nonexistent during my visit. I did get one tiny piece that was the last of a batch and it was never replaced during our 45 minute lunch. They also no longer have alfredo sauce for the pasta. Not a big deal. The salad bar was awful. Wilted lettuce, salad dressing that looked like it sat out of the refrigerator too long… ugh. The service: Meh. Not terrible, but not particularly friendly. The atmosphere: Gross. Every plate, tray and cup were dripping with water. Also, I was appalled at the behavior of fellow customers. People(adults) actually busting in front of you in line to get the last of a particular type of pizza. One lady piling up every slice of an entire pizza on her plate(they’ll make you a pizza if you ask, no need to be greedy). Free range children everywhere. Two stars because I still love the spicy buffalo chicken pizza and cinnamon rolls!

My daughter and I visited this location, today, and I would equate it to the things eaten on Fear Factor. Maybe they were having a bad day, still it should not effect the quality of the food. It was cold, old… real old, shriveled, dried out and scare. In order to get a good pizza, a hot pizza, I had to make a special request. Then the staff wasn’t the friendliest, not much interaction with the customers, begging for fresh, hot food, instead, they carried on among themselves, with one guy, trying real hard to get the attention of his coworker. From the salads, to the pizza, to the soup, to the dessert pizza, all was like chewing bland bricks, the chicken noodle soup could pass off as a dessert soup, it was sweet… when did chicken noodle soup become sweet??? I’m giving them 1 star, for the exit door that seem to be the only thing right… it opened.
