Not terrible, but needs improvement! Pros: –Reasonably priced –In the process of being remodeled, so that will help with the dated furniture and fixtures –Requested 2 queen beds and got 1 king and 1 queen, which were in separate areas/rooms Cons: –World’s smallest and most awkwardly configured bathroom –Only a very small walk-in shower –No pool –No elevator(hotel has 2 floors) –Bathroom sink was clogged –Breakfast was sparse and not as advertised on their website –Previous occupant’s trash was still on floor beside nightstand

Hotel was rough around the edges but we had a clean room. I was a little worried after using the lobby bathroom, it was’t very clean. They appear to be remodeling some areas. Furnishings were worn. Food was below average with the exception of lots of fresh fruit(apples, bananas & oranges). I thought they had real eggs until closer inspection found they were powdered & dyed to look real(nasty). Price was competitive with the area. Womens’ NCCA tourney in Nashville, all rooms were booked. Glad we ate breakfast early because there was no room in the dining area when the other guests came down.

Stay anywhere but here. Rooms smell horrible. Dated furniture. Horrible customer service at front desk. Been in the road for work for a long time. Staying at a new hotel every day and a half. So I feel I can somewhat judge a place and customer service. 0s all all levels here.

Comfy beds & pillows! Very home-like! We were here for two nights and felt right at home. The folks at the front desk were very friendly. King sized beds with comfy pillows kept you comfy and sleeping all night. First time at a Country Inn & Suites — will definitely stay at another one again!
