After driving 11 hours, we checked into this hotel Monday evening, November 16^th. We were too tired to complain that evening about everything wrong in this room, but the morning clerk heard all about it. We like to give good reviews when we can, but this experience was BAD!
Firstly, the bathroom had clean towels, but the tub and toilet were not clean. We cleaned out the tub before we used it. The toilet had long, black hairs on it (we both have short, gray hair). The bathroom door did not latch. At breakfast, the breakfast bar itself was fine. However, there was a sticky, black mess on the floor by the coffee bar. We have heard nothing back from any «Manager.» If we do, I will let you know! Grrrrr…

Thank you thank you thank you for having a room available last minute on a Sunday night. I feel like I got what I paid for. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Very nice customer service. Thank you!

My 3 yr old left her «b»… her baby blanket… in the room after a one night stop on a recent road trip. Once back in Chicago, dad called the hotel and they shipped it back to us. That raggedy old blanket easily could have been tossed in the trash, but someone had the sense to set it aside and went through the trouble of packing it up and shipping. Means more to us, and to that 3 year old! than words can express…

Not bad, not great. Paid $ 118 for a room with 2 queen beds on a Sunday night. If you can get over the piss poor water pressure, towels that haven’t seen softener in years, and mediocre quality breakfast (good selection… just none of it all that good), then this is a good hotel. I DID notice that they have a washer and dryer on each floor. I’m not sure if that’s an extra fee but pretty great that they offer it at all!

Very clean, one of the best hotels in the area. Internet is extremely slow 348 Kbps. A very good hotel to rest, 20 mins from Nashville great price.
