They have great service, large variety of products the food looks really good and clean. They have fresh bread every weekend

Butcher was super helpful and I got all kinds of marinated meat that grilled up wonderful. I can find most of my favorite Mexican foods. They carry fresh Epazote, so I can make big batches of real Mexican beans. As a recent transplant from Los Angeles I am grateful to have this market in my neighborhood.

K&S is a haul, especially on a week night, so I have been on the lookout for a local carniceria that has good quality carne, short ribs and random Mexican food items I might have an occasional craving for (ie chicharrons!!).
This place looks a little skeezy on the outside, but it is in a decent neighborhood full of doctor’s offices and the inside is clean. There is a large butcher’s display case, especially for the size of the store. There is a small restaurant that serves the basics in the back that I will need to sample at a future date. There is a small collection of Mexican music CDs that I will look at but probably not buy since I have no clue of who is who. And they do take credit cards, to my surprise.
