Could possibly be the slowest Starbucks on the planet. Staff trying to be funny and engaging but with a line of people you are just slowing down everyone wanting a cup of coffee. 2 employees not working yet in everyone’s way serving themselves– need some proper training here.

I must say this one was a nice location, clean and fast after they actually take your order. When we arrived they were just talking to each other playing around and my BF and I were looking at each other like «oh hello get to work people» that is definitely something they have to improve. Besides that staff was friendly, restrooms were clean and my food and coffee came out just the way I wanted. ;)

Another great Starbucks to grab a coffee in. We wanted to get something and ended up relaxing during a personal stressful time. Very nice décor, here is my problem with corporate, we need more soft chairs!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to. The wait time for your drink is excessive no matter what time of day you visit, drive thru or inside. Great location and close to all the shopping in Murfreesboro but so slow. Get ready for at least a 15min wait for your coffee in the morning.

If you are driving on I-24 W, hold on. There is another one a couple of exits ahead. This one will serve you a terrible coffee. Very disappointing. Slow service. Corporate please invest on training the staff urgent!!!

One of my favorite SBUX locations in Murfreesboro, this location is a relatively new stand– alone store located in a strip mall facing Medical Center Pkwy just down from Chilis.
Pros:
— Lots of seating, indoor and out with a large patio out front
— Well stocked supply of syrup flavors
— Clean
— Fast, accurate service
— Good staff recommendations
Cons:
— Limited parking out front. Use the side lot
tl;dr: Good location, you should go.

Terrible service. Longest wait ever. And they didn’t make my drink properly so I told the little African American girl with glasses who was at the pick up counter and asked her to please make it again, she rolled her eyes, dumped out my drink (which could have just been poured into another cup because it only needed to be upside down) and made a new drink. Then when she was done she slid it across the counter to me and didn’t even give me a straw. I’m sorry, but she’s lucky I didn’t slide it right back across the counter at her.

There drinks are more expensive than going to just a regular Starbucks. Also when you order a venti, it is usually a grande size in a venti cup. If I am paying more for a drink, I want to get what I am paying for so for right now, I’ll just stick to the new Starbucks at The Avenue.

The drinks seem to be pretty close to a regular Starbucks but not exactly the same. Also, they do not honor Starbucks gift cards.
