Wow! I am shocked no one has reviewed the Yoga Nest yet! This is where I first found my love for yoga and now compare every other yoga studio to. The teachers and owner at the yoga nest genuinely care about teaching yoga… the RIGHT way, but not in a showy manner whatsoever! They offer a variety of classes based on your interest and skill level, but there were ALWAYS modifications offered so you never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I use the«Mind Body Connect» app, so registering or canceling a class was never an issue. The building itself is located right off Murfreesboro square, and parking was only an issue for me once when the farmers market was going on. However, I love the location being right smack dab in the heart of Murfreesboro. It was a very welcoming environment and the studio itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and always very clean! I LOVE the Yoga Nest, and will definitely be going back for a drop in class when I am visiting Tennessee.
