The manager of this location is top notch. She really understands what good customer service means. She did so many good things that went above and beyond, that I can’t even remember all of them.
I am actually writing this review because I was trying to find out the owners name. I want the owners name so that I can tell him or her what a good job they did when they hired this wonderful manager.
Get her a decent name tag! Her title is handwritten is a sharpie pen. She deserves a real name tag.

Horrible lady that works there. I come in there to pick up my families cake and she asks me rudely for a receipt or ID. And she kept asking who my name is. I had enough of her attitude and went outside to get my dad. She just gave the cake to my dad and didn’t ask for his ID. Just horrible that I was treated this way because I am younger. Like really? I want to steal a cake… get out of here. And yes she was a older black lady in her 50’s…

I love the ice cream but the customer service at this Baskin Robbins seems to ALWAYS be awful! They don’t greet you or smile. They act annoyed when you walk in. They put chairs up on the tables way before closing so you can’t sit down. Hard to believe that they only hire rude people. Must mot be a great place to work…

We wanted waffle cones but the ones they had were described to us by the person working there as «soft» and that she didn’t make any fresh ones today because she didn’t expect anyone to come in. I got a scoop of the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and it was freezer burned — ended up throwing it away. Much of the ice cream in the cases looked old. Blech.

Great customer service. They know what I want when I walk in the door. They never skimp!
Not the cleanest though. There was a good sized bug on the floor last time I was there. He had a bum leg though, so I wasn’t too worried about him being quicker than I am and eating my ice cream.

I love this place and they have specials also on Tuesdays. My favorite place to stop by if I have a real bad day at work. Ice-​cream always brings smile lol.
Took my 2 year old here for fathers day desert after dinner, and she was dancing with some kid there on mackelmore song being played on the radio there. It was fun

Come here on a Tuesday, and get $ 1 kid-​sized scoop /​$ 1.50 adult-​sized scoop in a cup or cone. You don’t have to be a kid to get the $ 1 scoop.
Love their pistachio almond ice cream!
