The ice cream had ice chunks in it. I had a banana split and the toppings were just mush from the refrigerator! The pineapple and strawberries were hardy identifiable. Won’t be back!

I was very surprised on how packed the place was considering the fact that the food wasn’t any good. An not that it being packed bothered me, it just assured me that the food would maybe be somewhat good at least. I ordered the chicken parmesan, and you barley get any food on your plate, the spaghetti sauce is VERY tart. The chicken parmesan itself had no flavor to it what so ever. An the rolls were just sitting in a small foam bowl of olive oil. No seasons or anything for Italian food. All of it was plain. An they give you plastic ware to use to eat. Not a place I would recommend unless you’re use to no flavor. My date got spaghetti & meatballs an felt the same way about it all. So id say the«No Name Restaurant & Deli«is a no go.

This place is a cute to go to for a dessert or milkshake… if you van ever find them open! They have the weirdest hours. Their food is okay, nothing spectacular and the portions are a little small. The owners(husband and wife duo) are super friendly and can tell you a lot about the area and history of the area. If you go, I recommend skipping the restaurant and going to the ice cream parlor for a cute old fashioned atmosphere and dessert.

Awful, God freaking awful. A club sandwich a Ruben took an hour and twenty minutes. It wasn’t even a good club sandwich. I ordered a lackluster potato salad and my waitress never left fork although I asked her twice. I finally got up and got myself one. Bad service plus, bad food = not a repeat customer.

We’ve passed No Name many times, and it’s hard to tell if the ice cream side is open. One Friday, after the Art Walk, we saw it was open and finally got the treat of having delicious sundaes. The owner is super friendly and we stayed and chatted for a while after we finished our ice cream. My diet wont allow for ice cream as often as I’d like(every day!) but we’re looking forward to stopping in again.

Adorable little 50’s memorabilia ice cream parler. Lots to look at in the décor! The owner is just a breath of fresh air… really funny and welcoming. He Def likes to treat you like family. We split a banana split. it was a treat! Before we left he asked us to pin our hometown on a map he has… it was awesome to see how many people have been here. Some close to us! We will be back w the family soon!

Just reopened after a renovation. Good décor, ice cream, old fashioned floats. Fun to sit at the bar.

Obviously I’m not a fan. They have weird hours and the ambience in this place is awkward. Portion sizes are a bit small and there is no music played in the background. Just a weird little restaurant that I would not recommend.

Nestled in a small non descript building across from a McDonalds, No Name Deli & Restaurant is one of the only non chain restaurants in the area. Inside and out, this place is dated and quaint, like a small time diner only less classy. A varied menu has cold subs, hot subs, Italian meals such as spaghetti and meatballs and salads. None of it is done with much flair but I had no problems with my food. Unfortunately, my order of their hot sausage hoagie with green peppers and onions was minus green peppers as they ran out. So I substituted jalepenos… fine for me. I understand running out of supplies every once in a while… however, someone from the store(manager, etc) could have run to the grocer and picked up some green peppers and their menu would have been complete… except when my wife ordered her egg salad sandwich they ran out of eggs so she could not order that…(see above for the solution). When one table has ordered menu items and multiple items are not available there are issues in the back of the house. They open from 11am-2pm for lunch… then close and reopen for dinner around 4pm. We arrived at 1230pm for lunch… I doubt there was a mad rush on green peppers before we arrived, so there were errors made in the kitchen about what they needed to survive their day. I am nitpicking as this is my only real gripe. If the only issues I experienced were shortage of items, they’re not doing that bad. My food was good… my wife ended up ordering a cheesy melt sandwich that she said tasted good. So the food is good… the service was great and the staff very friendly, and there was a multitude of items to choose from. The only downside was the dated décor and ambiance, and shortage of food items. I would go back again, but only 2 stars total.
