This was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean and Breakfast was amazzzzing. The front desk was very nice and everything was very quick and easy check in and out. The only reason i gave it 3 stars was because of the broken bathroom fan that made the worst noise and almost breaking my neck in the shower because the bar came out of the wall, but all in all everything was very nice.

this place sucks. their«free high speed internet» is horrible, room service barely cleans the room at all, and the carpets are super dirty. i spilled a drink on the carpet and got a napkin to clean it up, and when i was done the napkin was dark brown! would it hurt to wash the carpets every now and then? dont go here.

I am disappointed. The front desk woman was lovely and super helpful, but for almost $ 100 there is no elevator, no baggage cart(so if you’re on the second floor you have to carry your bags etc up a flight of nasty cigarette strewn concrete stairs) property is old, and dirty. There were at least two different kinds of flying bugs in my room(that I had to kill before I could sleep). Though the interior of the room had been recently remodeled and looked fresher and more updates than the exterior, the bathroom is tiny, the towels are worse than a Motel 6, and the water pressure in shower not good at all. And the sink didn’t drain properly. Next trip, I will probably push through to Paducah for more choice and better prices.

Check-in was a breeze, Sam was fantastic and covered everything great. Our room seems clean & neat, the Clean Remote is a wonderful idea. Seems BW Hotels thought enough of their guests to provide a TV remote that can easily be cleaned and sanitized, great idea ! Free breakfast 6: until 9:30AM too.

I’ve been doing this parent-of-a-Murray-State-Racer-student thing for five years now. Since there are two children involved, I’ll be doing it at least one more. I’ve stayed in five Murray motels, and believe there are several good ones. But I’ve gravitated back to BW because: *Though rooms aren’t the newest, they are clean enough, and in good working order. *The staff is friendly, and there’s never a problem with my reservation. *It’s not far from Stewart Stadium and Walmart shopping, right turns all the way. *I like the openness of a motel, where my door opens to the outside. *I can park anywhere around the perimeter, and use a covered walkway to get where I need to go. *I like the breakfast, though if they’d add more fruit than an apple, then I’d be happier. *It’s next door to Tom’s Grille. You can leave your room two minutes before your appointed reservation, and make it on time. *I like dark brown brick exteriors. *I haven’t used the pool, but it looks clean, and I like water effects.
