I had an extremely frustrating experience with this hotel. The hotel website states that they offer state employees a reduced rate. However, the manager refused to accept my state employee identification from TN since we were in KY. This has never been a problem before. However, the confusion around the policy was not what I found upsetting. I was shocked by the rudeness and complete lack of professionalism demonstrated by the hotel manager.

Stayed here for business. One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Vary clean and was a quiet location. I don’t usually give 5 stars but I have this hotel.

The breakfast leave a bit to be desired… The rooms are clean however if you do not purchase a suite you do not get a refrigerator or a microwave in your room… The staff is amazingly polite and always has a smile on their face.

The usual excellent HI front desk and breakfast service. However, the hot water was tepid to cool and the bed linens were worn out. Very unusual for a Hampton Inn property (which is always my first choice of hotel).

We stay here every time we are in town. The staff is friendly and the service and cleanliness is consistent with a Hampton. This is a charming college town.

I stayed here for three days last week. I can’t say enough about the staff and how accommodating they are. The hotel was very nice and very clean. What I’ve come to expect from Hamptons across the country: Clean and friendly. Stay here with the confidence that you’ll get a clean and comfortable room.

I spent the night in this hotel last night and it was clean, quiet, and the staff were all very polite. There aren’t a lot of channels to choose from on the television, but that is to be expected at times. I would say this hotel is on par with other Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed in around the country as far as amenities are concerned. I had a king suite that had a desk with two chairs, a 37 inch LCD television (standard), and a large walk in shower.
