My husband and I went into the Jos. A. Bank store on 118 E Winchester St, Murray, UT 84 107 in search of new dress shirts/accessories for my husband. Although we paid more then we have in the past buying dress shirts at Men’s Warehouse, my husband and I thought it was worth paying a little more and receiving the outstanding customer service Paul provided us with. He made our experience with Jos. A. Bank exceptional and we will definitely return for future purchases. I believe good experiences such as these are often neglected with online reviews and I wanted to be sure to share our experience with others.

Terrible tailoring. Have had to have suits re-tailored multiple times, but still not right. One uncorrectable, but no option offered to keeping as mis-tailored (like another comparable suit tailored properly). Won’t be back.

Overall a good option to purchase a suit. With a variety of fits (slim, regular, etc…) and trends there’s a lot of good options to choose from. However the store was pretty messy. Coats, pants, cardboard boxes, and dress shirts were on the floor. In addition I have the expectation that suits are a considerable investment. As such the facilities should reflect that. The dressing rooms have a lot of tear and year and could use some new paint, carpet, and hardware.

This is absolutely the best place to purchase your next suit or any accessories. The sale prices were unbeatable and the selection was eclectic. I look amazing in my suit and I have Paul nicholls to thank. He was nice, helpful and had nothin but patience for my many questions and concerns. It’s refreshing to find such amazing customer service. Don’t look anywhere else, just make this your first and last stop for buying a suit.
