What a fantastic job they did! Ethan and Tyler are very knowledgeable and professional. They did everything promised, plus more, at a very reasonable price! They arrived on time and immediately vacuumed the carpeted areas– a first for me at the beach, although I’ve always used highly rated, reputable companies here. They also set up fans to dry carpet as they finished each room (so they would be aware before leaving if any stains reappeared and needed more attention). I loved that because I did have 3 small stains reappear and they were able to treat them before leaving. They also cleaned an area rug, upholstery, and fabric chair pads. I had excellent results with everything and highly recommend Clear Water!

Ethan did a great job being professional throughout the entire process from scheduling an appointment on the phone to performing the service. I needed to get the carpets in the condo I was renting cleaned before moving out and he was able to accommodate me on short notice. Showed up a couple minutes early and the carpets looked great when he was finished. They even left us some booties so we wouldn’t dirty the carpets while they were drying. I will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets professionally cleaned.

I had to two dogs a
nd a cat in my house so, I’m sure those who have had animals understand the odor that comes along with this responsibility. I’ve tried all types of product to remove the «pet stench», nothing seem to work to my satisfaction! Hesitant about trying professional cleaning $, I was referred to this company by a friend and was assured I would not be disappointed. With that being said I made the call and the next day my carpets were cleaned and looked as if they were brand new. Most important the stench was gone! Unbelievable!!! Great customer service, punctuality, professionalism and incredible results. Highly recommend this company, satisfaction guaranteed.

Every now and then you get someone who knows their business, well these people do, professionally trained with no short cuts, new equipment, on time and did exactly what they said they would do, even dried my carpet before they left so nothing would reappear, my wife and I are very happy with their work and will use them again!
