Literally the worse servers and bartenders I ever experienced. Good riddance. Wish I could give it a negative rating

Had the Kobe burger and an iced tea. It took awhile to get it but worth it! The sweet potato fries are better than the Parmesan fries. Too much parm… I’ll come back here again. It looks huge from the parking lot but it’s pretty small. Booths are okay… my son liked all the televisions…

I loved this place! It was our spot till it closed its doors. How sad! =( Although the service was below par, the atmosphere and the craft beers were yum! Sad to see it go… now where will I go for my espresso stouts? =(((

Bad service, bad smell. Came in, stood by the«Wait to be seated in bar area» sign for five minutes before someone told us it was open seating(WTF?). Made our way to the bar, where we were overpowered by a strong smell of spilled, skunked beer, as though a mop hadn’t been used since opening, and the bar never wiped. Ordered a house beer. Out. Ordered another, waited five minutes for the batender to do god knows what(perhaps brewing it?), and the keg blew(took the taste, a yummy collab with Ironfire). Wound up drinking a tasty guest brew. Don’t know about the food, as there was no way I was eating with that aroma. Likely will not go back unless I hear about MAJOR changes in staff and management.

My wife and I have been here twice and have had a good time each visit. We went on a Friday the last visit and they had live music playing which was really entertaining. Definitely a good spot to hang out with some friends and have a few drinks. Pros: Great selection of craft beer at a reasonable price, Fish and Chips were decent. Cons: Overall food was below average at above average prices. Payed $ 14 for the Kobe Burger(super dry and no flavor) and $ 11.50 for a Cheese Steak that had more fat than beef on it(the manager did discount the cheese steak since I only took two bites).

Not much to say about Murrieta but came here to try out some craft beers to pass the time and I was somewhat impressed. Finding this place I was not expecting the inside to look like it did. It’s near a run down mattress or furniture place and it’s near the back of the shopping complex. The outside is nothing to look at but once you get in it’s like, whoooa where am I. Happy hour is $ 2 off draft beers, and they do carry Russian River at times. So if you’re lucky they’ll probably have some of the good ones since they carry that name. The bar area is nice and they have TVs all around. Need to come back and try the food sometime. Might stop by again when we visit.

I am so totally bummed that Brew-Ligion sucked. I have been wanting to check it out for a while and finally made it this past weekend. At first I was impressed by the cool barrel fountain but then it went downhill. The bad: No one was at the front counter and the sign said to wait to be seated even for the bar area. Since I am the restaurant rule following type I waited instead of heading to the near empty bar area on my own. Finally someone comes over and tells us that it is open seating. This annoys me since the sign says otherwise, come on just take away the damn sign! Then the next bad thing is the entire restaurant stinks. I am not sure what the smell was but it was funky and nasty. I am sensitive to fish smells and wondered if maybe it could be a nasty fish smell that was bothering me so I asked my husband and he said no, it was just an unknown nastiness. We get to the bar and we order a house beer the keg blew so we ordered another one and was told it was out. Ok, I get that things run out but most places tell you when they give you the menu. Also, the bartender was the slowest ever!!! Didn’t even order food because the service was too slow and the prices were way too high anyway. The good: We did get to try the beer that blew, it was a beer done with Ironfire and it was good! The beer list in general looked good and I like that they have a full bar. I was very happy to see that the wine list consisted of local wines.

The beer list definitely makes this place. Food is inconsistent and average at best. Went in today for Father’s Day with my wife and two daughters. When we arrived there were perhaps 4 tables occupied. Our drink order was taken immediately and we ordered when our drinks arrived. It seemed odd to me that a simple item like chicken was not available. I could not have the chicken pesto panini as the chicken was still«frozen». Another ding. Frozen chicken? That’s not scoring any points. Lastly we noticed that my youngest daughter’s food sat up at the pass for at least 10 – 12 minutes before the rest of our food was ready. As a result her mini corn dogs and fries were not pleasing to the eye. EXTREMELY over done and her fries were really dark. Like I said, beer is great. The food, not so much.

This place definitely exceeded my expectations! its Murrieta first of all so good craft beer isn’t the first thing you think of. Location could be better, its off the Los Alamos exit by all the furniture stores that went out of business since the housing market died. The place is a good size, the staff was very nice, and they had plenty of good beers on tap! I have to come back and try out the menu but it looks decent. The happy hour isn’t bad either, about $ 2 off drafts

This place needs people who understand beer better. 3⁄3 times I’ve gone the wait staff no nothing about the craft beer they have(which is a shame as they have a great selection). On the Food side, the fish and chips were amazing. Best i’ve ever had. Service was friendly, but a bit slower than it should have been seeing that there was nobody else there when we were there for an early lunch. Back to the beer, I did not care for the beer they brewed in-house.

Eight of us went here last night, this was our second time(we thought we would give it another try) and we will not be back. When we went in, it was not busy at all and it took our waitress forever to greet us and get our drink orders. She was not familiar with the beers so she was unable to give any recommendations. After ordering drinks we ordered fried pickles and hummus with pita bread. The hummus was nothing special, Costco is better. Our appetizers came out the same time our dinner did. Such a bummer. For dinner, we ordered a Kobe burger, which was good, fish tacos which were crisp and flavorful, French dip sandwich, wedge salad, teriyaki burger and a pesto Penni. The Parmesan fries were great. Overall the dinner was tasty but because it took over one hour to get our food it made the whole experience suck. The service was terrible!

My wife and I decided to give this place a try. The place is clean and the staff is nice. My wife ordered Razz Ciabata and was pretty disappointed. The sandwich was all bread with TWO slices of Turkey. For $ 10.50 I would expect a little more. I ordered the prime rib French dip and was a little more pleased. It had a little more meat but was a little too salty for me. Fix these problems and the place would be pretty good.

The food is good, the beer list is good BUT they lack in carrying their OWN beers. they do however have a vast variety of draft brews from other breweries. we came here with a group on a cycling ride and was hoping to be able to taste their own brews but the only one they had available was the stout(not a fan). so we ended up just ordering other breweries draft and dined here. the food is actually pretty good. i had the Beet & Bleu salad: Red beets, watermelon, pears, blue cheese, candied pecans, spinach and sweet balsamic vinaigrette on the side. the salad was really refreshing and delicious! perfect after a good bike ride on a warm day. i tried a couple pieces of their garlic jalapeño fries and it was surprisingly good. the service wasnt bad, but it was a pretty slow when we came here. i feel like this place is more focused on their food than their beer.

Went here after reading mixed reviews on Unilocal.Found the food and service to be very good. We sampled the Angus burger, wedge salad, and french onion soup and all were very good. We will be going back to try more of the items on the menu in the near future.

Beer samplers, happy hour raffles, burgers, and appetizers. What’s not to like? Did I count 22 flat screen tvs? A happy medium between a sportsbar and a brewery. Everything was good, except the beer infused with the green tea leaves(why the hell did I order that?). Local brewskies include: Stone, Black Market, Lost Abbey, Port Brewing, Coronado, etc. As well as the local favorite: Plinney the Elder.(Does anyone say brewsky anymore?) A yummy local hotspot! Note: The ambiance is well-suited for the fast-and-furious drunk. I would get a sitter for the kiddies or come for brunch/lunch instead of dinner for a more family-friendly setting.

We attended the first Beer Club member tasting event last night and it was awesome! Not only were we greeted by some of the most upbeat and excited ladies I have met there so far, the beer and appetizer pairings were spot on. We received raffle tickets and there were drawings throughout the night for large bottles of house beer. Although we didn’t win it was exciting to have a chance to win(love free stuff)! One of the owners, Mike was very involved in the event and made sure to make all the guests feel very welcome and part of the Brew-Ligion family. One of the brewers, Jesse was also there pouring. Call me sentimental, but I think having an intimate event with the people who create the product you are enjoying makes for a very memorable evening. If you aren’t a beer club member yet I highly recommend you join(you can sign up in person or on their website). The perks are: –5 free beers a month –10% off purchases, including merchandise –entry to special events(the tasting party was free for members and $ 10 for each guest, which was well worth it) –special offers during your birthday month –pre-release beers and special lots are exclusively available to beer club members FIRST While I am an avid wine taster, drinker and club member I am thrilled to expand to the beer world. Tastings offer a great way to try something new and you may find that you really enjoy something you may have thought you wouldn’t care for. Cheers!

Perfect pre-comedy club chow down and guzzle fest. Lots of beers on tap(lots of San Diego beers). Service is a little slow, but not to the point of frustration. Fish and chips were seriously kickass. Parmesan jalepeno fries were kind of a ripoff. Dried pulverized parmesan is not my idea of good, but the fresh(not pickled) jalapeño was a nice change. Breading on calamari was light and crunchy. Watermelon pecan blue cheese and beat salad was light, refreshing, and a good combo. Don’t make it a special night, but give it a chance.

This is definitely a nice little add-on to our area! My husband and I came here for a late date night and my husband wanted to try the beers here so we stopped in for some food and drinks. They have a good selection of local wines from the wineries in the area and even CakeBread Cellars(by the bottle only) from Napa. The waiter was very helpful in suggesting beers to go with our food. I had the monte cristo with jalapeño parmesan fries. Every time I see monte cristo on the menu, I can’t turn it down, so I had to order it. My husband had the philly cheesesteak to go with his belgian beer. The place had a bar feel to it and it was definitely open and very spacious. The ACE comedy club opened up two buildings down for you to come by for dinner here and then walk back to see a comedy show, not a bad deal!

Once again this place rocks. «Chris A» wrote he had a bad time and was very very detailed. I find it hard to believe any one that only writes 1 review. If your a true Unilocaler you write a lot and hell if any one knows me I write all the time. Been here twice and absolutely love it here. Yes they do have a Beer and Wine LIST! «Chris A» might have gone to McDonald’s by mistake! Lets talk about the food. Wife got fish and chips this time. I got the ribeye. First off the fish was off the charts. This is a meal for 2. Let me tell you it was stacked high. I had a few bits. Beer battered Fish & Chips really good! My garlic mash was heavenly next to that LARGE steak. That was a healthy size if you ask me. Once again both dishes served together and HOT! All in all from the service to the food they have it down. Place might be new but they take care of the customer and make great food here. Thanks we will be back soon! P. S. The Apple Pie Ya just get it you’ll see!
