Usually good place. This time food was NOTGOOD! Service was slow and steak was raw. Sent back and was waiting too long(10 minutes) and then told waitress I didn’t want it. She was nice but cook sucked and overall wait time did too!

Delish. I love this place. Such good food and fun candy too. We’ve been here a few times and love the food and the setting.

My wife had recently delivered a baby and was looking for a good burger. Since Richie’s is close to the hospital, we placed a to go order for two burgers cooked to medium. When I showed up to grab them, they refused to serve me stating that burgers must be cooked to we’ll done. I found this interesting since I order burgers cooked to medium all the time and have never been told that it is CA state law that all burgers must be cooked well done. Even after pleading my case that I am specifically requesting these burgers to be cooked to medium, the manager still refuses to serve me. This is completely ridiculous and Richie’s has now lost a customer because of this. For all who are interested, here is a link showing that there are specific exceptions to these codes: Thankfully The Habit is right across the street!

We wanted to try this place for desert, we have gone to other locations before and had yummy cobbler. Showed up here within normal hours to find it was closed… Hours on door showed open until 9, nope it wasn’t a holiday! Doors locked, even though we can see staff walking around. So I decided to call just to double check hours, spoke to Matt who confirmed hours but said tonight they decided to close early, I asked why? He replied«just because»… I would recommend calling ahead to confirm they are actually open, and haven’t decided to close early again. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Been frequenting this location for more than a decade — especially on those nights when we don’t feel like cooking or when we just don’t know what we feel like eating. The service is always friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I’m not a red meat eater, but it seems their steaks are an awesome deal! Recently we stopped in for breakfast and it was really good! We are always looking for trendy breakfast places and they are usually only Ok or are just really gimmicky and expensive. I ordered a simple breakfast of over easy eggs, sourdough toast, hash browns, and turkey sausage(usually not a fan, but their turkey sausage is really good). Came with a free coffee, yay! I polished off everything and that says a lot for someone who isn’t all that into breakfast foods. I’m sticking to breakfast at this place from now on.

Love this place. Love the atmosphere and food is great. Not to mention the cute diner décor and how clean everything is. Amazing desserts and shakes. Co-owner walks around the restaurant checking how the food and service is, which is so nice that places still do this. I would defiantly recommend going here and checking it out, hard to find a good place like this nowadays.

Yahoo! I found a fun place to get some old fashion, comfort food. It’s not in my neck of the woods, but it’s not too far. The décor mimics, maybe the 50’s. There is seating to both sides as you enter the restaurant. I don’t know if I was imagining, but it seemed like the servers hairstyle matched the 50’s and the gals sported the bright red lipstick. I just got a happy vibe from it all. Now to the important part, the menu. There are many choices to select from, and they all sound good. The dessert selection made the room spin. I couldn’t decided which dessert I wanted! My husband selected the onion rings for the appetizer. They were ginormous! I’m personally not a onion ring fan, and like to have them a certain way. These were tasty, a little crunchy, how like I like them. I liked the fact that the onion inside didn’t pull away from the batter as I bit into it. I would prefer the ring size to be smaller, but it did make it fun to bite into. I wouldn’t mind having them again. Ok, I’m a huge dessert person! So whenever I hit a restaurant, the first thing I do is to look at the menu and see what I feel like for dessert. This will help me on what my entrée meal should be, whether it should be a light or heavy dish. I went for a bowl of Split Pea Soup, this allowing me to have my dessert as the ‘meal’. The soup was brought to me and I was expecting the ‘green’ color that I get from the fave canned soup. So, I was a little hesitant as to what it will taste like with the pale color. To my surprise it was quite tasty. It had bits of ham and peas with the right amount seasoning of salt this also came with sourdough bread and whipped butter. By the way they do serve sourdough bread with the whipped butter while you wait for your order. Well, to my dismay everyone at the table was too full to have dessert! I did not want to eat dessert alone in front of everyone, so I decided to get a Cappucino Mocha Shake to go. My father ordered the plain cheesecake to go. I really enjoyed the flavor of my shake. Now for me to say this, it was a little too sweet, is very unusual. Although it didn’t stop me from finishing it! We were very pleased with Gabriel service, very friendly and patient. The food overall was great. Place was clean and orderly. Cashier could have been a little bit more personable. I love the nostalgic candies displayed at the register. It made me feel like a kid again, and I wanted all of them. I look forward to returning and trying the many dishes and desserts they have to offer! Yahoo, love this place!

Richies is like a classic staple in the Temecula/Murrieta area. It honestly is one of my favorite diners. I love the ambience, décor, and music. This place has bright fluorescent lights inside with all kinds of menu offerings hanging from the ceiling. I strayed away from my usual tonight which was a bad idea. I normally get the patty melt on sourdough bread. Its nothing special but it taste good. The bread is buttery and toasty and the oil drips from the burger. I tried the new trip tip sandwich tonight and I was underwhelmed. The trip tip was kind of cold inside. The swiss cheese was in between melted and not melted. There was mayo on the sandwich but it still was dry. Needed more or a different type of sauce. My husband and I still enjoy coming here often. I saw one of co-founders tonight for the first time walking around, greeting customers, and making jokes. She seemed sweet. Her name is Linda. I also had the peanutbutter pie tonight and it was rich and decadent. You definitely need some milk or water to take that baby down. I love peanutbutter so it was right up my alley.

My sister & her family frequent this place fairly often. Tonight was the third time I’ve been here, and the second time we had a party large enough to get seated in The Conference Room. This is a big room full of uncomfortable, banquet style chairs, and large round tables. Be aware that if you are sat in this room, you’ll very likely get really mediocre service. I really enjoyed the salad that has chicken, apple, cranberry bits, feta cheese(I asked for pecans, instead of the walnuts that it normally comes with), and the poppy seed dressing. The chili cheese fries are pretty good too. The fresh baked, individual chicken pot pie is delicious! I’ve also had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw & fri
