Crashed my 1997 Honda Del Sol and nobody was willing to fix it. Talked to Murrieta Auto Collision and Trever gave me some hope. Once he saw the car, he knew his team could fix it. He kept me updated on a regular basis and charged me a very reasonable price. The car turned out amazing. Thanks to Trever and his team at Murrieta Auto Collision for a job well done.

I was working with some guy here named Trever and was so close to giving this company a 1 star review because Trever was unprofessional, rude, and not reliable. Typically one bad apple spoils a bunch however I am giving 5 stars because the rest of the staff there is great, did a wonderful job fixing his mistake, and the end result on my car turned out great. I will update this review in the future as to how the paint held up. You can feel good taking your car here but don’t work with Trever if you can help it.

YEP! 5 stars for a 5 star FAM owned & operated auto collision place. Great attitudes, helpful, knowledgeable front office. Awesome work done on my truck after it was hit & will go back again for some additional work I want done! Thanks again for making life a little easier & manageable for my wife as well which as the old saying goes «HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE!»

This place is great, their customer service is fantastic and they go over and beyond to help you out. I am leaving for a week and will be unreachable and they are so kind enough to offer to take care of everything, including dealing with the insurance companies. Shout out to Victoria who is so great and making me feel at ease and taken care of. I appreciate everything you do.

I’m so thankful for the people here at Murrieta Auto Collision. I had my first accident on the 18^th and Marina was so helpful and patient with fielding my questions about the repair process, insurance negotiations, and was understanding of a total blunder on my part. I came in to pay my deductible a few days ago and Misty was so friendly and let me know exactly what the status of the repairs were and when my car would be finished. My car was all fixed up today and I wasn’t able to get a ride to the repair shop, but one of the employees was so nice that she came to my work to drop off my key, the paperwork, and a voucher for 2 free auto detailings from them. I regret not getting her name for this review, but she had long brown hair and tattoos on her arm. I hope her professionalism and kindness does not go unnoticed or unappreciated! You’ve earned yourself a dedicated customer and I look forward to future business with you all. =)

Great staff, they do good work but my paint is still peeling on my bumper. Went back 5 times it’s still peeling :(happy with everything but the paint job

I am so glad I found this place. I ended up going here because they were open on Saturdays and I needed an estimate. I must have come in two to three different times to get multiple estimates for my car.
I felt like the people working here really did everything they could to keep the estimate low and shortening the amount it would take to get the car fixed. Plus, they were always professional and patient with me as I always seemed to have a dozen questions to ask, to which they would answer in a way that was easy for me to understand.
The only minor issue I had was that I would be told that I would either be contacted or receive an estimate by a certain time or certain day, which didn’t happen majority of the time, but hey, I understand they are busy. Plus, I would just call the next day and they would get the information sent or update me on the situation. They’re always really good about answering phone calls.
Most importantly, they did a phenomenal job fixing up my car. It looked like brand new (refer to pics). In addition, because my car had been in the shop for about 1 – 2 weeks, they offered a free polish/​wax to be scheduled a month later. When I scheduled my appointment a month later for the polish/​wax, I was told that it would take 3 – 4 hours, so I was surprised when I was notified that the job was done within an hour after I had dropped off my car to the shop.
This is a trustworthy family owned business and I would highly recommend bringing your car here if you ever get into an accident (but hopefully, it doesn’t come to that point).

Outstanding customer service. I’m extremely impressed with their quality of work. I was rear-​ended in a parking lot with considerable damage to my rear bumper. After repairing the damage Murrieta Auto Collision detailed my entire car before I picked it up. All the staff were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Murrieta Auto Collision for value-​added customer service and exceptional detail to their work.
The best news of all is that I will never have to decide which body repair shop to choose from in the event I need body repair. They discovered additional damage behind the bumper and notified the insurance company to ensure quality work. I will certainly head to Murrieta Auto Collision.

I’ve been using Unilocal for years but have never placed a review before. However, I’m so satisfied with this business’s work that I decided to finally leave a review. I got quotes from four different auto body shops in the area and Murrieta Auto Collision was the best price. Half the amount the first place I went to was asking for! I was paying out of pocket for some damage that was done to the drivers side of my vehicle. They worked with me to salvage what they could. The end result was what I was hoping for. They also detailed the vehicle, with no charge, and gave us a certificate to come back twice for free detailing. Would highly recommend this place.

My daughter unfortunately had an accident that required some body repair work. I was getting price quotes from several different places and by far Murrieta Auto Collision was the least expensive without forfeiting the quality of their work. When I showed up to pick up my car it was like new. They even popped out a dent that was pre-​existing without charging me extra.
Hopefully (knock on wood), I will never need to utilize their service again, but if I ever do… I am making a B-​line for Murrieta Auto Collision.

When I wrecked the front of our truck, we were overwhelmed by the potential cost. Murrieta Auto Collision’s staff of Doug, Misty and Tiffany all were so helpful and informative. They worked within our means and listened to us as customers rather than people who were just paying another auto collision bill. Throughout the process we received update calls and they were always quick to return our calls as well. As an 11 year old vehicle, it drives even better now than prior to the accident; they did an amazing job.

Wow. where do I begin. I’ve never had to deal with auto repair so I was new coming into this. Misty and her team made me feel welcome right away. Misty went to bat for me with the car rental agency and made sure I got the best deal. I had other small damage from a previous accident and Misty gave me a great deal to handle that while I was getting my other problem fixed with no «pressure selling» or anything. Just… «Hey we noticed this and would you like to take care of it for this awesome price?» Hell yes I would! I was kept up to date by text and calls which was great and when the time for repair took only a little longer than expected Misty stepped in to help me in every way possible. Tiffany walked me through picking up my car and was great and friendly as well. Overall, I sure hope I never have to use a collision place again «knocks on wood» but if I do or if a friend needs it I sure as hell am sending them to Murrieta Auto Collision.

Got an aftermarket spoiler done here. Everything went smooth and the people there (Tiffany) were very friendly. The spoiler looks very good on my car and I am happy with the install.

Went in yesterday for a quote on replacing clips that were broken on my bumper, and Misty was so nice, and told me she could order them and have them the next day. I came back today and they took my car right back– and where nice enough to inform me that one of my tires was in need of replacing. I asked about windshield replacement as well as I have some pretty good sized chips, and instead of saying «oh, we can do that, and it will be this much» he recommended that if it wasn’t spreading, and didn’t hinder my vision at all to just wait till I absolutely needed to do it– which tells me that they aren’t just about making another $$ with their customers. I appreciated that! I would definitely come back if I needed any other repairs to my car! Highly recommend :)!

My car was hit real bad and I checked two other shops and this place looked the safest. It has and yard that is locked down and has a barb wire fence on top of the cinder block wall to enclose my car for safe keeping.
Now for the work performed it was excellent period. The car was detailed when I picked it up and they detailed it four weeks later as a complimentary token of their appreciation for me giving them the work.
My car looked as good as brand new as if I just drove it off the new car lot.
Misty is the lady that took care of me and she is nice and as cordial and professional has anyone I’ve ever met. They are family owned and should be very proud of they way they conducted their business.
I recommend this business to anyone who needs their car fixed. I hope I never have to have a car I own fixed again but if I do I would not hesitate to take it to them.
It was a complete pleasure to deal with them.
P. S. I don’t normally take my time to write reviews. I just feel I owe it to them since I felt I was treated special and the work is second to none.

If you want a great job for a very fair price this is the place to go.
They go above and beyond and do extra detail work that is not expected.
They have done three jobs for me – All came out better than expected and completed when promised. They go out of their way to put their customers first and have earned my business many times over.

After being rear-​ended, the bumper, trunk, and doors needed repaired, but my husband decided to spend the insurance money on something else. I brought it to Murrieta Auto Collision, to see what it would take to make it look good again. Misty wrote me a very reasonable quote with in 1 hour and I decided to move forward because of the price. Since I’ve never done this on my own, I was very nervous. They called me and said” they had found some damage, but that I would not be charged, but they would need it for an extra day”. When I went to pick it up, it was washed and looked like new. The guys that worked on it happened to be there and talked to me about things they noticed that could be fixed, if ever I wanted to have them done. Thank You Misty, Sara and everyone who helped make my car look like new. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

unfortunately, I have needed the service of Murrieta Collision now on several occasions. they did such a great job on our cars that we asked them to do our 5^th wheel that received a few extra stripes and scratches on the fiberglass side panel that went all the way through. when we got it back you could not tell our little mishap ever happened. This business is family owned. Office manager/​estimator Misty is a pleasure to work with and knows the business. As far as I am concerned you need to be able to trust the businesses you use, I trust Murrieta Auto Collision
