This is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite spot for tacos. The fish tacos are the best. They’re always perfectly fried and soft on the inside. Their green hot sauce is great. The al pastor here is also my favorite. I’m craving some tacos right now.

First time here today. I ordered the breakfast burrito with machaca and the country potatoes. Wow. This is delicious and has great flavor. Tastes homade, not greasy like some burritos can be. The staff is friendly and the décor is nice. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. It is night and day from the old taco shop that used to be on this location. I like how you can see the kitchen and the food being cooked. I would def reccomend this place and will be coming back for sure.

After seeing all the rave reviews, my family and I decided to give this place a try. We ordered aguachilles, chicken quesadilla, and potato tacos, and a carne asada burrito. The aguachilles were the worst I’ve tried. Nothing like aguachilles from authentic Mexican restaurants. I highly recommend you do NOT try these. The potato tacos were okay, not bad but not great. The quesadilla was not good. They put so much cheese, it was way overkill. The sauces they have are decent. The avocado salsa was good. I did really like the Pineapple drink. After paying $ 45 I can tell you that it was not worth coming here.

Best chicken enchiladas in town. They lost out order so we had to wait 30 minutes but the wonderful ladies made it to us by giving mango chili margarita-well it’s not called a margarita but something else-that was so insanely delicious we forgot about the wait for our food.

I LOVE the food here! I think I’m addicted to their bean and cheese burritos because I drive about 12 miles just to get one. Their ceviche is excellent. Today I met a man who drives from Temecula just to eat here at this little shop, and told me next time I MUST try their fish plate with the potatoes. Will do!

If I could give this joint six stars, I would. Food is outstanding. My favorite is the campechana tostada, but the el pastor tacos are glorious too. Free grilled peppers, generous salsa bar and ice cold beer and sangria make the Blowhole a notch above your typical taco shop. Staff is friendly and someone is always hustling, even during busy periods to keep the place clean. Décor and pricing is a little above standard taco shop stuff, not impressive but the food and people are way more important than fancy decorations. Menu is generous, logical and readable. The whole experience is very reliable. I’ve eaten here probably ten times over the past six months and it’s been consistently high quality in all regards during each visit. Mi Gusto!

Great food probably the best in town. The meat is actually marinated witch give it the more Home style taste. You can actually order a beer or Margarita with your meal. Give this place a try. It changes the whole fast mexican food feel. BTW The Girls that work here are very courteous.

Wow, awesome food. Get my impression and attention right away. Love their menu, presentation, food servers and all. Kudos. I have found my new Mexican homey.

I order rolled tacos for 425. It only came with three and they were gross. They do not state how many. But for the price I assumed 5. No sour cream and no guacamole. And the cheese is only the corona cheese. She asked me if I wanted to add guacamole for 75 cents. When I received my order it was a tablespoon of it on the side. When I stated I wanted it on my order. This place sucks.

Ohhh my goodness. This place has me day dreaming about them. Their Mariscos plate is probably the best kind of ceviche I’ve ever had in SD, temecula and Murrieta. Its a must try. I’ve came here about 3 – 4 times and they have not disappointed me yet!

Came back again — for more fish tacos and another shot at the carne asada. Again I asked for no rice and beans — and of course they ignored me again.

Tacos are pretty good but no free chips when you dine-in and the breakfast burrito sucks(they use American Cheese slices instead of shredded cheddar or other cheese’s)… barf. I also do not like the girl with the glasses who works the register… she only seems to be nice to Mexicans and didn’t seem to want to answer our questions. Cooks on the line seem nice though.

I have lived here locally since 2008 and up until they opened this place a few years ago here in Murrieta I so missed my hometown of El Centro because of the Mexican food. Well I gotta say there’s a lot of Mexican fast food places here locally but none compare to this place or come close to El Centro as this place does. Honestly the place is Awesome the food is great, fresh and authentic not to mention cleaner then sit down restaurants and very transparent the moment you walk in you can see and tell the difference. I love the #4 Sope Meal!!!

My favorite place to come for lunch. Friday = carne asada fries… SO good! Place is usually busy during lunch hour but so worth it. The girl cashier is really nice.

Positive: CA Burrito, asada was well cooked and flavorful. The fries were hot and fried with a crisp just the way I like them(who want soggy fries after all) the burrito was well built and rolled ha. Negative: This burrito was not big at all. For $ 7 I was expecting bigger.

I’ve been back a few dozen times now and attempted to eat damn near everything on the menu. From antojitos to mariscos, this place has it all. But what stands out the most is their salsa. As my late Abuelito always said, «the key to good food is great salsa, and tequila.» So, if great salsa makes me happy, and happiness is the key to life, Tacos La Bufadora must be like Disneyland, for tacos. If you love burning from both ends, don’t miss the deep fried jalapeños and güero chiles, hiding in the covered warming tin next to the soda fountain. Ok, so I’ve tried nearly every single burrito and taco on the menu, and yes, they are all delicious. The lengua is moist and tender, the carne asada is always just right. The shrimp taco had a freshly fire grilled flavor, but their chipotle/mayo crema was a bit on the bland side. My only real gripe was the battered fish taco. Too much batter and not enough fish, imho. But hey, I’ll still wouldn’t kick this taco out of bed. The breakfast burritos are no joke. The chorizo burrito with added papas and beans will put a dent in your appetite, and possibly shave off a few years off your life, too. All the ingredients are fresh, served hot, and taste like home. They’re killing the breakfast burrito game! The menudo here is also good(hold the pata!). It’s not the best menudo I’ve ever had(it was a bit on the fatty side), but the flavor was right on and hits the spot when you’re sobering up. At $ 10 for the large bowl, you’d better be ready to eat! If you’re looking for mariscos, the shrimp cocktail is probably the best in town. I have yet to try all the ceviche platters, but from what I hear, you can’t go wrong. One final note: If you’re looking to fill up on chips, think again. Tortilla chips aren’t free. If you want some to go with your meal, add on another $ 1.75. Smart move on their part because otherwise I’d be eating free chips and salsa all day. See you at the salsa bar!

Ive been wanting to try this place for a while but we always end up going to Panda Express which is right next door. Everything I ate here was good but not great. I had potatoe tacos. The crema was good but a little too much. The taco they use is delicious and crisp. I also had a carne asada sope which was good. The carne asada was tender. What I really dont like is the amount of lettuce and cabbage they poured on both. Give me more cojita cheese instead. I got a horchata to drink which was good and I was happy to see it was made fresh in house. The ladies cooking all have their hair tied back in buns and are wearing hats as well which is nice to see. I want to come back to try the Carne Asada fries.

I’ve finally found a California Burrito under $ 5. The catch is, that price is good for Tuesdays only. Tacos La Bufadora deviates from most taco shops in that on Taco Tuesday, the special is a burrito. That’s okay, given the affordable everyday prices of their tacos. Also peculiar is that they serve a version of Fish & Chips. I haven’t tried it, but I have tried their fish tacos – the highlight of many reviews. I was concerned that the main selling point seemed to be these Wednesday tacos(now up a quarter from when I last had them). They weren’t fantastic, but okay for the price. Each day features a special, as follows: Monday — $ 1.99 Shrimp Tacos Tuesday — $ 4.99 California Burrito Wednesday — $ 1.25 Fish Tacos Thursday — $ 4.99 Wet Burrito Friday — $ 4.99 Carne Asada Fries The Carne Asada Fries were good with the exception of a mere dollop of guacamole. And back to that California Burrito, the deal seemed too good to be true. The portion was significantly small compared to average taco shop burritos, so I guess you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to the daily specials.
