This may have been one of the best burgers I have ever had. The menu was definitely inventive combining two of the trendiest foods right now, burgers and sushi. The atmosphere was different than what you usually find in myrtle beach, with art on the wall and the backdrop being the ocean. I went on a Sunday and wanted to try their various adult beverages but that’s not something I usually want to do the day before work but you can add liquid nitrogen to your drink which had me won over that this may have become one of my new favorite restaurants in Myrtle. Back to my burger, it may have been one of the best that I ever had. The particular one that I had was«The Rembrant» and it was cooked in duck fat, manchego cheese, mushrooms and Dijon mustard. This burger had everything that I look for, as simple as it may seem a grilled bun, char on the outside of the burger, and the amount of ingredients were not too underwhelming or too overwhelming. I struggled to decide what burger/sandwich to get so I will definitely try something new when I go back. My fiancée tried the fried chicken sushi which was a fried chicken breast wrapped in sushi rice and something to substitute the traditional seaweed wrapping and then topped with Mac and cheese and barbecue sauce. Man was that good??? In addition to this, they have other very safe sushi rolls in addition to traditional sushi rolls. This place is definitely a fun place to go in Myrtle to try a great burger or get your sushi fix of you are on the MB strip and the Grand Strand. I know I will find myself going back way sooner than later.

What’s better than Friday night? How about Art Burger on a Friday night! Art paintings hanging as soon as you walk in with a beautiful open kitchen. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the up beat modern atmosphere. Indulging in sushi and great burgers, for all veggie eaters, I recommend the Da Vinci. When it comes to sushi, these people speak my language on every note, with an appreciation of white ginger instead of pink, also the Nitrogen tank is a great addition to the venue.

Very impressive! It was a bit slow — off season — but, good experience, none-the-less. My buddy had sushi and loved it. My burger was really good and very well presented. I bet this place gets bananas during the summer and is probably a great spot for a drink, if you’re into that kind of thing. I will definitely be back, if the opportunity arises.

Hubby says a five. I say a four. Good flavor. We both had the Remington. Great flavor to the burger. The onion rings were huge but too greasy on top of the burger. The sauce was ok. The bun was lovely with a nice crust from the grill. I don’t eat bread much but had to try a bite of it. Love the seasoning on the fries but again a little greasy. He says it’s a hit. I like it and and ambiance but I will try some sushi next time. He says I’m picky. Ok. Maybe I am. Good place to stop while on a walk from home and back. No locals discount though. :-(

I’ve only eaten here once and it was a good experience! Originally, I came in to dine in but I needed to take it to go because I was on a time crunch and the food took longer than I expected. But the waiter we had was great! He was very understanding and kind. The food itself was not too shabby! I ordered The Dali burger with a side of fries. The fries tasted a little weird to me though, it had a little bit of sweetness to it. Overall, it was a good experience!

Eclectic imaginative beach front option. Sat at bar & watched the beach while enjoying great wine, craft beer, pesto hummus and fresh sushi. Onion rings are enormous. Hand stamped ART buns. Quality food and atmosphere. Can’t make a bad decision by choosing this artsy and delicious restaurant option.

Host was unfriendly and not a great first impression. Then she said 1.5 hour wait and there were only 6 people waiting. She told us we could eat at the bar, so as we walked there we saw about 4 tables checking out so there really wasn’t that long of a wait. The kitchen part that is visible to people as you walk to the bar was so dirty… we left. We paid $ 5 for parking. Terrible experience. What a waste.

Great find for a late night, in a town filled with diners and fast food type places. We got the Will and the Rainbow roll, along with seaweed salad and the Art on the beach with nitrogen. Excellent late night meal. Loved it so much we came back the next day for sushi to go back at our beachfront hotel.

Don’t get me wrong with the three star review, I think this is a really cool place in theory, but it didn’t live up to the hype that I’ve heard about it. I love fusion places. I think they’re a cool idea cause if you’re in between whether or not you want sushi or a burger, you don’t have to choose or go to two different places. You get the best of both worlds right there. That being said, my girlfriend and I were feeling a bit lazy one night and didn’t feel like cooking, and I remember someone saying this place was really good, so we just called in an order to go. We got the Rembrandt burger, the Great Wave roll, and a spicy tuna roll. We get there and it’s such a small place and extremely crowded. I was waiting for the bartender to even say hi to me for about ten minutes before someone else offered to help me. As a server, I understand when you’re busy, but just an acknowledgement goes a long way to a customer. So we get home, excited to eat this delicious food that we’ve heard so much about and we were both so disappointed. The burger was nothing special, in my opinion. It was greasy and burnt, and the sushi wasn’t much better. The menu seems pretty awesome, with everything being named after artists and the inside has some really pretty art décor, but the food just didn’t live up to expectations. Maybe we just picked a bad night. I’m all for giving restaurants second chances, but some improvements definitely need to be made here.

The location is ocean front in downtown Myrtle beach next to the empty field where the Pavilion used to stand(for you old timers. the other side away from Ripley’s) I was actually surprised that food of this caliber was available amidst the neon lights. I got a burger with BBQ and onion rings. It was stacked and the top bun was branded with the word ART. I chose sweet potato fries as my side and my friend chose fresh asparagus. The food was delicious!!! I did not try the sushi but it looked fresh in the glassed area. There is a bar area and art work is for sale. The owner came to our table to ask about our experience. I will be back!

Lovely environment, great location. I didnt like passing empty tables with a hr wait. But ate on the patio w/no heat(the warmer did not work) The food is something to desire. I had the Fried chicken roll and I need another one. The nitrogen Beach Paradise was great and the sake was good also

Came here Christmas Eve for a quick bite after a walk on the boardwalk and have seriously been craving it bad ever since. I can’t remember the name of the burger, but my boyfriend had one with pork belly and a fried egg, and I had the Rembrandt, cooked in duck fat. I could probably eat that damn burger every day and never get sick of it. I would even go as far to say that if I was on death row, I would choose the Rembrandt with sweet potato fries as my last meal, and hopefully it would come with one of their nitrogen cocktails. The fried mozzarella wontons were mighty tasty as well. Well done Art Burger and Sushi.

5STARS! My boyfriend and I went here on New Years Eve for dinner and had one of the best customer service experiences. We made reservations at 8pm, but since they were pretty swamped, we were willing to wait. Daniel(managed) reassured us that our seats would be ready soon and engaged in short conversation with us. He was very polite, down to earth, all around good guy. Our server Connor was no less either. Connor was attentive and friendly. Also, the food there was great. I got some delicious sushi and my boyfriend got a HUGE burger. The serving sizes are good, you totally get what you pay for. I also thought it was cool how the servers ring everything in on iPads. There was beautiful artwork all around the restaurant too. I must say that I will definitely visit again when I come back to Myrtle Beach! Thank you Daniel and Connor for being so sweet.

This was hands down, the best sushi I’ve ever had! I was pleasantly surprised as it was in the middle of touristy Myrtle Beach. I am pretty picky about sushi & this was worth every penny. It wasn’t all that expensive either. Our server was wonderful & made some great suggestions. Art has this nitrogen tank on the bar and can turn any drink into a slush type drink(these also double as a dessert). I’ve been dreaming of their sushi since we left.

This place makes AMAZING burger! HIGHLY recommend. We ordered: — Martini — very good and cheap — Eel hand roll — spicy tuna hand roll — Rembrandt burger with sweet potatoes fries — simply amazing burger. And the fried sweet potatoes is also very very good We’re sad that we’re only driving by myrtle beach. We’ll definitely come back if we ever come back in town

Let’s talk about the the falafel sandwich… Best meal I had in myrtle beach! They put hummus on the top of it! Amazing, amazing, amazing! If you want to try something different this is it for you! I enjoyed every bite of that sandwich! Even told the waitress to compliment the chef for me! I’m incredible upset that I live 8 hours away from this place! Way too amazing! P.S the Mac and cheese was pretty tasty as well!

Visiting from New York city and stopped here to grab a bite with our family. I am a bit biased since NYC is known for their amazing sushi and food, but that doesn’t mean the 3 stars is completely unwarranted. Our waitress, although sweet, wasn’t the best. Barely paid attention to us, and the kept us asking other servers for help. The food… it took forever for just eh sushi and burgers. NOTETOOTHERS– WHENYOUORDERYOURBURGERIFYOULIKEITMEDIUMTHENORDERITWELL. IFYOULIKEITMEDIUMRAREORDERITMEDIUM. Some people in our group ordered burgers medium and the meat was purple… The décor and the atmosphere is pretty trendy and I have to say the nitrogen drinks saved the day! Maybe come in for the drinks rather than the whole meal

My boyfriend took me here for our 3 year anniversary, which happened to fall while we were on a family vacation in Myrtle Beach. He had scoped it before we left for vaca, so he had it planned for a few weeks just based on the Unilocal reviews! What he liked about it was their nitrogen alcoholic drinks, and the fact they had outside seating by the ocean.(Boys are simple to impress, I was secretly nervous!) We were greeted upon walking in and we asked to sit outside. When we got out there, our server came out right away and suggested a few of her favorite items on the drink menu and the food menu. She actually listed her favorite 3 things in order, which I thought was cool because that will appeal to more people’s tastes(Not everyone has the same #1 favorite food, so maybe they’ll spring for your 2nd choice instead!) This menu was very creative and we had a hard time deciding on just a few things to order. They had many things ranging from fresh sushi to burgers. We ordered our alcoholic drinks frozen with nitrogen so it literally tasted like an alcoholic Italian ice! I guess I was technically eating my drink haha… I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it tasted, and then after eating almost half, I decided to let it melt and drink it as a regular drink. My boyfriend decided on a burger and onion rings, I got a Caesar salad, and we got the Fried Chicken sushi roll to share.(Crispy Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, with BBQ Sauce). Our food came all at the same time and we dove in. Everything was delicious and I wish I had room for dessert! Definitely a good pick for a romantic little dinner in Myrtle Beach, and it was nice to be able to walk off the deck right onto the boardwalk when we were finished eating. I wish we could’ve made it back once more time before we left, but maybe next time!

We’ve been eyeing this place for some time now, and finally made the jump to check it out with some family who was in town. Just to TLDR this review, it’s great, and we’ll definitely be back. Now onto the details. We headed here to start a night out or bar hopping and parked across the street. The lot charges 10 $ for the entire night, or 5 $ for two hours, but if you’re going to ART, they take 5 $ off your all night parking on your check. We opted for the all night option, just for comfort since we went to another bar down the boardwalk after dinner. The food here was great! We got the loaded sweet potato fries which were super good, and split them for the table. I got the chicken sandwich that had bacon, mozzarella sticks, and tomato relish on it. I couldn’t turn down fried mozz on a chicken sandwich. It was well worth it and tasted amazing. The service we had here was great, and the atmosphere is really cool. Every little bit you see them make some nitrogen drinks and the whole bar fogs up, it’s pretty neat. All in all i hope some time we come we can sit out on the patio, but otherwise, I couldn’t have had a better time here. We’ll be back often.

This place doesn’t fit in here at all and that is a very good thing. So many things had me saying over and over again to my friends Andrea and Jason, «this place is so cool.» The menu is creative. There’s a unique twist sushi section(think cheeseburgers and fried chicken). They feature art from different local artists. You can watch bartenders make liquid nitrogen drinks. We were starving and wanted to try a little bit of everything. We got the fried chicken roll. Let’s be honest, anything that is covered in mac and cheese is delicious. We also got two regular rolls. A server walked by with the fried cheese wontons, so of course we had to get those as well. I’m so glad we did. We were all stuff, but felt we had no choice but to get a burger. We decided on just the good old fashioned cheeseburger. It was almost too pretty to eat when it arrived. We divided it into four pieces. Holy. what a meal. I was beyond full. I had the chai latte martini. Okay, that’s a lie. I had two chai latte martinis. With the liquid nitrogen, it was like having dessert. Andrea had the bananas foster. It’s the perfect after dinner«drink.» Our server was really nice. They use ipad type looking devices to take the orders and send them to the bar/kitchen. This is a must go to spot in Myrtle Beach. My friend Jason actually made three trips here during his week at the beach. It’s definitely at the top of my list for when I return.
