Celestial Spa On Cloud 9

Ladies weekend and so 4 of us booked massages. We were greeted immediately and within minutes taken back to our rooms. Each of us experienced one of the best massages we have ever had. The therapists were all great and listened to any issues we may have had. We all left so relaxed and pain free! We live in Wilmington and may even drive down again just to have a massage at this spa. Everything was clean and professional!

Don’t let the location of this place fool you! It’s a true hidden gem!
I do admit, I’m a bit of a spa snob and have high expectations when it comes to spa services and massages. Most of my best massages have been out of the country at high end resorts int the Caribbean and Mexico. This spa, by far, is the best I’ve been to in this country. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of services.
The two therapists that I’ve been to at this spa are Edy (moved) and Mary Ann. They both incorporate a variety of techniques /​services into one session — aromatherapy, hot (and cold when appropriate) stones, medicupping, and facial. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Eminence products that they use.
I will continue to come here and will continue to recommend to family and friends!

Came to Myrtle Beach for vacation and had an itch to get a massage. Booked a couples massage at 10AM which normally is my completely awake time. I was so relaxed and dozed off a couple of times despite a good night’s rest. Our therapists Maryanne and Melissa was awesome. We asked for Deep Tissue but got a little bit of hot stone which apparently was a signature massage there. The combo was amazing! At the end, the hot towel rub was great, so we didn’t walk out of the spa oily, but instead relaxed with soft skin. The products they use is all natural and the scent is not overwhelming.
It’s a quaint spa in a what looks like a business center, don’t miss it. I loved my experience so much that I booked a facial.
My Facial was great too. I booked with Shelby a couple days after the massage. I got a great facial and a little bit of massage as well. She even went the extra step to print out a great article about how to treat my skin.
Loved our experience here and it made our vacation so much sweeter.

Just ok. Nothing great, at all.
I received a regular 1-​hour massage and it was ok. My husband received reflexology, but it was less than good.
The place itself was dark and the music was nice.

Very cute place! There was three of us that got massages and they got us in with no problems and the services were great! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! We went with a group of 4, which they easily accommodated. I had a facial and the other 3 had a massage.
My facial was OK, not the best I ever had. I would say it was more a relaxation facial– no steaming or extractions which i was a little surprised about for the price of $ 85. The three people I was with had massages and couldn’t stop raving about them. I def would go back and try a massage next time.
Also compared to other places I have been to in the area, the service is way better and so are the prices. You can’t beat the Unilocal check in deal! It’s not a super fancy spa like atmosphere like st some of the nearby hotels, but if you want to spend about way less then the fancy hotels and have great service, I highly recommend this place.

Ok, So I really liked this place. The three stars however reflect the averaging that needed to happen between the two services I had: facial and prenatal massage, Fly me to the Moon Package.
The massage was great! I really needed it and it helped relax all those tensions and pains that are evident in the pregnancy process. I was so comfortable and didn’t want to leave by the time it was over.
The facial, on the other hand, was severely mediocre to unsatisfactory. I honestly couldn’t recognize how it could be called such; didn’t know when the facial was over because I kept waiting for it to start.
My advise would be to go for gold on the massages but skip the facials.

We had massages after running the half marathon & all four of us had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming & our massages were great — they incorporated hot stone & hot towels into the basic massage. My only complaint would be the rooms were a little cool — I wasn’t cold I just would have preferred a warmer room. We would definitely return!

I took the pleasure of treating myself during my Myrtle Beach Vacation on June 12 2011. The ladies there are wonderful!!! I had the Fly Me to the Moon package (a facial and signature massage)! This was my first visit to a massage/​spa type of place. I felt so welcome from my very first phone call. I called Sunday morning before their opening hours. I was greeted by a friendly voice that advised they are appointment only on Sundays but would give me a same say appointment. That made my trip! They really take care of you here from asking about medications to ensure no interactions to talking you through what will happen during each step. The massage was great. The perfect amount of pressure. The facial was equally as satisfying. Everything smelled so nice. I left glowing! I had such a great mood upon my return to work and everyone said I looked so relaxed! Thank You!
It was such a relaxing experience! I will definitely be back.
