Le Grand Cirque Adrenaline! What an adrenaline RUSH! The name matches the show perfectly. I took my family to this show while visiting Myrtle Beach. Le Grand was a great change of pace from the relaxing beach days. Both my sons, ages 14 and 3, loved it. If you have a younger child and you’re wondering if they can sit through the whole show, don’t worry, this was our sons first show and the show kept his attention 99% of the time. Adrenaline isn’t just for kids. My wife and I were also entertained. Highlights: There’s a dog show that’s simply amazing. During the intermission you’re able to come down to the stage and take a picture with the dogs. My youngest son wanted to take one of those cute doggies home. We got a great picture instead. $ 10. There’s alot of trapeze action, artful choreography, dangerous tricks and alot of physical humor and jokes throughout to tie it all together. My oldest son thought the motorcycle tricks were the best. All in all this was a terrific show and great fun for the whole family. BTW) It doesn’t matter where you sit in the arena. Every seat is a good seat. Go to this show! Highly Recommended.

Excellent show! We thought of it as «Circ Dr Sola» light. The host/mc was great entertainment between the acts was very amusing. We enjoyed the dogs, hula hoops and the motorcycles. We recommend this show for people of all ages.

Wannabe Cirque du Soleil. The best part of the show was the host — a mime who has plenty of tricks and laughs up his sleeves. The rest of the show seemed very amateur. Acts were too long and seemed a bit forced. The performers were constantly encouraging the audience to applaud and clap along with the music… I almost felt a bit embarrassed for them. There were a few occasions when some of the performers almost made some major mistakes. Lighting was amateurish at best… being a lighting designer, I found my eyes getting bored or blinded on one too many occasions. Best act in the show(aside from the mime’s bits) was the stunt motorcycles in the death ball. Everything else was meh, slow and forced. There is a lot of audience participation — sometimes against the will of the audience — and a few laughs at the expense of the audience. Probably pushing the envelope a bit. All-in-all, production value is lacking. Stunts are slow to reach fruition, some performers need more rehearsal and the music is repetitive. Kids seem to love it but adults will probably get bored. 2 stars from me because I don’t have kids.

This is a new show at the Palace Theatre. One of the worker at Crazy Shirts(Broadway on the Beach) was telling me about the show and he was invited for a viewing of the rehearsals. He loved it. We told his recommendation and saw the show. Being from NYC we have seen these type of show before. The acts are the same but it is still amazing. T he custumes were nice and the acts are death deifying. The whole family enjoyed it! PS– a very cool theater.
